I just thought you might want to see this.

Murat is saying he wants to sell his story for £1 million and he also said in this article that the police haven't talk to him since august.

His lawyer is saying that the police have no evidence against him so will prob let him go even though 9 people have now come forward to say that they seen him that night hanging outside the Mcanns apartment.

I cant believe that there is enough evidence against Murat that he was involved someway with Madeleine's abduction with: 

1) Child porn on his computer which was said by the Portuguese police to Murat's girlfriend .

2)Sniffer dogs reacted at his house with scent of Madeleine.

3)9 people have come forward saying they have seen him which proves he lied and was not at his mothers house.

But there is no evidence against the mcanns and they are being held as suspects prob for another 6 months.

So it looks like the Portuguese police only made Murat a suspect to protect him so nothing would come out about the abduction.

ROBERT Murat hopes to make £1million if he is formally cleared over Madeleine McCann’s disappearance.

The first person to be named as a suspect – or arguido – plans to sell his story, go on TV and write a book about his experience. Murat, 34, was named a formal suspect 11 days after Madeleine vanished on May 3. 

But today, eight months after the investigation began, a legal deadline expires and detectives must reveal any evidence they have against him – or rule him out as a suspect. A source close to Murat said: “Maddie was the biggest story of 2007 and Robert Murat has been a massive part of that. 

He’s been living under a cloud since being named a suspect and feels he should at least have some compensation for the trauma.” Publicist Max Clifford speaks regularly with Murat and has pledged to represent him if he is ruled out of the investigation. Mr Clifford said: “He has been attacked fromThe family are of the opinion the Portuguese police should either let him go or charge him so he can stand up for himself in court. “When he’s declared innocent I hope he can make enough money to compensate him for this nightmare he’s been through and all the money he has lost from not being able to work.” 

Murat’s family are planning a massive party if  he is cleared. His aunt Sally Eveleigh demanded that Portuguese authorities end her nephew’s eight-month nightmare and formally clear him. 

She said: “There is not a shred of evidence against him but we have had to live through eight months of whispering and suspicions.” She added: “We’re all praying this nightmare will come to an end and he will no longer be a suspect, but if that’s not going to happen then charge him so he can defend himself in court.

“The worst thing would be for this to be allowed to carry on as it is, with no decision.” Murat’s lawyer, Francisco Pagarette, is set to receive a letter today outlining whether authorities have enough evidence to press charges. 

The investigation into Madeleine’s disappearance from her family’s Ocean Club apartment in Praia da Luz started on May 3. Under Portuguese law, suspects must be charged, released or told why they remain a suspect eight months after an inquiry begins. 

Murat is confident he will not be charged because he says he has had no contact with police since August. That is despite eight witnesses claiming they spotted him near the apartment on the night of May 3. He has always insisted he had been at home with his mother, Jenny, 71. Madeleine’s parents Gerry and Kate McCann, both 39, should also be ruled out today or told of any evidence against them. 

But it is thought the prosecutor may have granted an extension of up to six months because the case is considered to be so complex. If Murat is cleared of any involvement in the disappearance, Kate and Gerry will be the only remaining suspects.

I finally found some photos I’ve been looking for. You have been talking so much about MM being near the cross and under your feet and near and so on... I figured there must be an entrance somewhere near the church, maybe leading to some sort of underground room / container / cell, maybe even near or at Murats place,

New Suspect in Madeline McCann’s Case: Is This Madeleine’s Abducter?

A promising new photo fit of the man suspected of kidnapping Madeleine McCann has been handed to the police. The artist’s impression shows a man of North African appearance, this particular man was seen by several witness in Praia da Luz in the days before the 4 year-old disappeared from her bed.

The man is said to look similar to a man who was seen by a friend of the McCann’s carrying Madeleine away from the Ocean Club resort shortly before she was reported missing.

This is a major development in the Madeleine McCann story.

The suspect is aged 38 to 45, with sallow skin, dark hair, droopy Mexican-style moustache, large teeth and speaks in broken English. The man has been seen by several British tourists

The sketch has been handed in to both the Portuguese and British police. It has also been given to Interpol by a firm of private detectives hired by Madeleine’s family.

The McCann’s spokesman, Clarence Mitchell, has said,

“Who is he? Where is he? What, if any, is his connection to Madeleine’s disappearance? If he is innocent we want him to come forward for his own sake so he can be ruled out. We believe this man could be linked to Madeleine’s disappearance.”

The sketch was based on the description given by Gail Cooper, 50, who was on holiday in Praia da Luz at the time of Madeleine’s disappearance. Mrs Cooper said she first saw the man on the beach on April 20. She then saw him later on in the day when he called on the holiday villa where she was staying with her husband.

She said,

“He must have seen my husband leaving because the bell rang only seconds later. He flashed what he said was an identity card but it could have been anything really. He said he was collecting for an orphanage in nearby Espiche that was caring for three children whose parents had recently been killed in an accident on the main coast road.

The man was rambling and becoming agitated. He really unnerved me even though my two grown-up daughters and two grandchildren were with me.”

Her description matches the one given by Jane Tanner, one of the friends staying with Kate and Gerry McCann.

Although the police have had this information for a while, Mitchell isn’t going to criticise,

“We’re not going to criticise the police in any form - they have got a difficult enough job. It seems drawings of this sort are not done as a matter of course in Portugal.”

The new plan for the investigation seems to show that the McCann’s are feeling closer to finding their little girl. First will come a worldwide search for the man, which will be co-ordinated by a central telephone number manned by their private detective agency. This information will be passed on to the Portuguese police.

Then the police records and witness statements will be reviewed. The third step in the plan would be for complete collaboration between the Portuguese police, Interpol and the authorities in Spain, Morocco and Britain.

Police in Belgium are investigating a possible sighting of the missing British youngster Madeleine McCann.

So could be the same person, assuming he cut his hair after the abduction?

This drawing is from last night, well actually this morning...I have been trying and trying for some time now to have another dream about the McCann's case that does not involve this same underground room...but I'm sorry, for some reason I'm not able, and I do not know what I'm doing wrong.

So this is all I have, and I believe it's the same room or chamber under PDL, and most likely close, if not next to or under the Murat home. 

One note, the DD says 'attaches to police drug impound area'...I'm not sure if this is the room itself, or a pipe.

hello Brian hope all is good with you.I have seen the pic of the man that they are looking for Awhile back there was a pic of a man that kinda looked like this with big teeth and all I think it was in a food place with a man and a woman and a little girl remember they took the pop bottle or glass to test for DNA on it (which they probably didn't really check out )It was at the beginning when Maddie first went missing I have looked all Thur your site but cant find the pic of the man.I don't remember if you drew it or it was in the news papers Ill keep searching for the pic but if any of your readers remember this maybe they can find it.Peace to you and yours Michelle

Nothing against you - I have been following your website about this whole tragic case from the beginning but I have one question for Susan Healy Madeleine's Grandmother

Why if she reads your website is she not prepared to ask any other psychics for help?

Ones that specialise in being able to pinpoint where people are by looking at a map?  She must have some belief in this type of approach but still will not ask any other psychics for help I am totally confused about this, and with each passing day we learn further how absolutely useless the Portuguese investigation (and I might add the UK police force) has been where simple police procedure like following up on credible witnesses has not been done and is left to PI companies to do it 8 months down the track.  Poor Madeleine.

There is a programme called Sensing Murder shown in the UK with 3 very gifted psychics 2 of which follow. They can pinpoint areas on Maps get names very clever much more than the ones on Haunting Evidence.

Deb would love to help even more but this is up to the family to contact her.  We can give information to the police, but do they use it????  We are praying from here that Madeleine is returned to her family safely.  Thank you etc.

Therefore I hope you publish this on the Website and Susan Healy contacts one of these psychics to help find Madeleine.

I hope that no one else contacts them in regard to Madeleine so that they are not bombarded.

Hello Brian,

        A few days ago, I sent you some pictures of a dream that I had
about an apartment building and Madeleine McCann.  In the attachment, is
another dream that I had and I believe that it might be connected to the
apartment building dream, although they are not the same location.  This
location was in a beach/resort area where I have never been.  I don't
know where it was.  I have been to Lisbon and Spain, but never to the
coast of Portugal.   It's not at all familiar to me.  I have tried to
draw a map of what I saw in this second dream.

        The beach was not large and there was a huge rock cliff to the
left.  The town was directly behind the beach.  It was a very nice, clean
town. Most of the buildings were white.  The streets in the center of the
town were made of some kind of stone.  There was one significant shop in
the town.  It looked like a two story white house with a business on the
first level.  There were dark shutters and wrought iron decoration.  I
don't know why it was significant.

        To the right of the town was a section of homes.  These were
small, one story white homes.  They were well kept.  Someone who was
significant in the dream walked from one of the white homes to a small
convenience/grocery type store that was a few blocks away,  The person
met with other people in a car outside of this convenience store.
Further along the beach area was something that might have been a
factory.  It was light or tan in color and might have been made of
concrete.  There was a tower or a light house near this factory.

        To the left of the town and above/behind the cliff was a very
nice hotel.  Near the hotel was a covered arcade of shops with archways.
The shops were each small and they were upscale tourist type shops. 

        Near the cliff, there was a boat that was anchored.  It was a
large and sleek, black boat.  There was a gold crest or insignia on the
side near the front.  This boat was frightening and I had a fear about
the owner of the boat.  The boat was somehow connected to children and I
saw a young boy who had been somehow connected to the boat.  He looked
traumatized.  The owner was a wealthy and powerful business owner or
factory owner in the town.  In the dream, I was walking with a little
girl who became separated from me.  It could have been Madeleine.

        I am wondering if this beach town was a location where Madeleine
was taken. From this location she might have been moved in this black
boat and ultimately ended up at the apartment building location.

        The photograph that has been released as a person of interest is
not the same male that was in my apartment dream this past September.
The male in my dream did not have teeth like the one in the photograph,
he did not have a mustache, and he did not have an olive complexion.
Madeleine was not being abused in any of my dreams.

        I wish I knew for sure if these dreams that I have had are
directly connected to Madeleine.  I just have a very strong feeling that
they are.  I also have a very strong need all of a sudden to reveal the
information from these dreams.  I found your website somehow the other
day.  I don't know how I managed to click on a link that brought me to
your website.  I immediately felt that you were the person that I had to
give my dream information to.  I hope that in some way this information
will be helpful to you or someone else.

Dear Brian,

I thought I might help some of your readers understand the frequently 
asked question "Why don't the McCanns seek psychic help to find 
Madeleine?".  This is not intended to offend any of your readers or 
the many contributors to your sight.  Nor am I speaking on behalf of 
the McCanns but merely interpreting their behaviour based on my 
knowledge of their faith.  The McCanns have faith in what they have 
come to know as The one true God of creation who came to earth as man 
to set us free - otherwise known as Jesus Christ. They have 
established a relationship based on his teachings in the bible and 
have developed what Christians know as a natural fear of God.  God 
clearly says in the Bible that his people are not to seek help from 
psychics or mediums but rather look to him as the greatest force on 
earth for answers to all things regarding mankind.  So you see, it is 
not that the McCanns do not believe, but that they do believe in 
forces and are reluctant to disobey the greatest force of all in whom 
they have placed their faith.  The other requests which God makes of 
his people are that they should be completely honest and abide by the 
law of the land.  I believe this is to protect his people from 
persecution.

I have had a similar dilemma myself about visiting your sight but upon 
further reading believe that as you categorically state that you are 
not a psychic or medium but merely the relator of dreams, that there 
is something of great importance to be had from your visions.  The 
bible has many stories of non believers who have had clear dreams that 
require interpreting (Joseph and the Technicolor dreamcoat being the 
most famous).  The only problem is that if these dreams are indeed 
from God then it requires one of his own to clearly interpret them.  
The dreams of the bible are often cryptic and unclear to the owner so 
that God can ensure that his chosen interpreter gives an accurate 
reading of the dreams meaning.

I hope that this has helped in some way to answer this very baffling 
question to those who are not practicing Christians.

Yes, I do not believe I'm a psychic, nor do not consider myself a Christian, but I was brought up and baptized as one.

I have read both old and new testaments (well listened to on audio tapes) and I feel people need to make their own decisions about faith.

I do believe we are all in some way connected to each other, and no sane person of God would would wish suffering upon any person.

We all dream, and I think we are all able to learn and connect to others in our dreams.

Ok, I think it might be a good idea if we relook into the theory that Madeleine was at this cafe in Tongeren, and that the man she was with was the man in this sketch.

The DNA on the straw could have been contaminated...can we find out who else was there at the time, and where he might have taken her?

The line SOS Children Desaparecida, of the Institute of the Child Support (IAC), opened in 2006 thirty-one new cases involving minors missing was located 24, the news agency Lusa.

The figures, revealed by the institute, show that in two cases the children were already found without life, seven in whereabouts remains unknown despite the joint endeavours of the IAC, Judicial Police and other police forces.

Most of the disappearances reported, according to data from the IAC, relate to the leak of children (61 percent), especially at home but also to institutions where they are hosted.

However, six cases fall within the concept of abduction by third and four in the parental abduction. From the statistical analysis of the series of 2006, the IAC states that the situation came to its attention by section (3 cases), via E-mail (12 cases) and, in particular, the line 1410 (16 cases).

Of the situations reported, 19 were girls and 12 were boys.

More than half of children (55 percent) as missing data had between 11 and 15 years of age (17 cases) and between 16 and 18 years (7 cases). In 2006, five cases were also reported concerning children between one and five years.

In most cases (54 percent) minors resided in the district of Lisbon (16 cases), and that four disappeared in Porto, three in Faro, two in Setúbal and one in Viseu.

According to data from the IAC were also reported four cases of missing children abroad, particularly in Brazil.

The Institute for the Child Support, Portuguese only organisation that integrates the European Federation for Missing and Exploited Children Sexually, it has to work since May 2004 a green line (1410) designed exclusively for the withdrawal of disappearances.

From 2004 until the end of 2005 were reported to the IAC a total of 48 cases of disappearances in 2006 and the line opened 31 new cases.

These new cases were initiated in view of the five concepts adopted in 2001 by the Council of Ministers of Justice and Home Affairs of the European Union in its resolution on the contribution of civil society to the search of missing children and sexually exploited.

Alexandra Simões, co-ordinator of the SOS missing child phone line for Instituto de Apoio à Criança, told The Resident that last year the institution opened 31 new cases relating to missing children. Of these 31 cases, five were of children under the age of six and 17 related to children between the ages of 11 and 15, with 54 per cent of children going missing from the Lisbon area along.

Unfortunately, only 24 of the 31 missing children have so far been found and two of those were found already dead. Sadly, reported cases of missing children have increased since the SOS phone line was created in 1988.

hello Brian,
I was just browsing for information of Corlett Line boats and came across this website..
as you can see there's 2 pictures...same place.1st picture has a blue flag with a familiar cross on it....strangely the second one doesn't....if you zoom up to the blue flag though there are 2 horseshoes on it?>?
does anyone know what it says on the flag or where it comes from?

After all this, I am certainly more aware of this huge problem we have globally. I would hope that in the light of all this information coming out i.e. paedophile networks and the like.....people/parents will take a stand in their countries and demand answers and more adequate punishments. The fact that some countries like portugal and spain do not liketo discllose any information in regards to missing people is absoloutely ludicrous...How would people be able to search if they didnt even know these kids were missing in the first place.

Brian, do you think MM can be under Estrela da Luz? You drew an exact copy of the place once, it even had the flag on the side and the building you drew matches the exact one facing the tennis courts too. (Not the ocean beach club but next to estrela da luz).
Hotel Address: Rua Da Escola Primaria, Lagos, Portugal 8600-152
It’s so strange cause this hotel has a similar address to a school in lagos that I found at “Apartado 272” Rua Das Escolas Primarias, an international school but it turned out Lagos isn’t always the same as Luz Lgs... it’s hard to keep track of the different names used. The school is in the town Lagos, but there is still a road with that name in Praia da luz, and there is Estrela da Luz and anyone can rent an apartment there.
I also wonder if this was the place Sergey was staying? You drew the laptop and other things I recall.
It is so near so I should be possible this is the location you are feeling? Someone also found a picture of the room that you drew, from Estrela da luz.
There must certainly be some connection to this place cause none of your DDs are such an exact match as the ones matching Estrela da Luz, but what do you think is the connection?

Hi again, sorry it's taking me so long to answer your emails...I still think, and dream seems to confirm ir again, Madeleine is still in PDL...I realize that it seems impossible, but that's all I ever see.

If there is some sort of underground tunnel, passageway or whatever that's not been looked at, this is what I could be seeing.

I haven't been able to unearth much on these individuals but James Garrod of Exeter who specializes in real property law is a good friend of Russell O'Brien's and he is registered at The Ocean Club during the stay of the 9. Murat deals in real property. Des Taylor of Exeter is an architect who contributed to the Murat villa in PDL. He knows Js. Garrod. It would be very easy for an investigator in Exeter to quiz the associates or staffs of these individuals to learn if there was acquaintance. Maybe that is what they did. Js. Garrod had a car at his disposal but I haven't been able to find out anything about it.

I believe that part of the evidence that the PJ is keeping secret is the connection between Murat and Gerry, not sure about the rest of them...anyway, posted.

Hi Brian,
You usually say you like to hear about dreams and thoughts of a missing persons relatives and have requested this also in the Madeleine case. I found something about what Gerry has been seeing, actually there is a whole lot of interesting information on this page, even though some of it is a bit “extreme” (maybe too much science fiction : )

This might be kind of off topic... but just thought of something
Reading about the awful websites bubbles.... that you linked to from the Denise Pepitone case I did a search for the site at Google and even thought they say themselves that it is totally legal and totally not nude... (just to say such a thing says everything doesn’t it...), the search for this site gives a lot of “sexual” hits. It seems “bubbles “ may be some kind of code word for this kind of disgusting interest..
And when I thought of that I just realized something strange.
Michael Jackson -  not that I have any idea whether or not we was guilty of the crimes he was accused for – named his pet monkey: “Bubbles”.. Just a coincidence..??
