I think Carol's drawing of suspect #1 looks exactly like Marc Dutroux, but he was behind bars when Madeleine went missing...could he still be running his organization behind bars?

Dear Brian, I wonder if anyone can get hold of more proof and details of the 30 or so children who went missing last year. If this is the case, then this is really serious. Another thought - say the Shrimpton document was real, then this could tie in with the recent brussels connection of known p-file and blond accomplice. Although I sincerely hope not. Also, we should try to get a photo of the complacent police officer (RM) as in Rene Michaux, who was the police officer in charge of investigating Marc Dutroux. This link about Detroux is not for faint hearted - it took me some time to have courage to read it and my husband said he just couldn't bear to - so I warn you it is really tough going.

My emotions got the best of me when reading the Beyond Dutroux Affair article, so I stopped, but will read the complete report later.

I've heard you want to know what's behind the Estrela Da Luz hotel. Well I can tell you.
As you know I went to Praia Da Luz with investigators.
Behind Estrela da Luz is a bordered parkinglot with "blue" around so you can't see what's behind it. There are also a lot of trashbins "parked" at that parkinglot.
Across the street there is the Baptista (the supermarket). You will cross it if you're going to the beach.

I read your site and specially this MM case every day.   I would like to share my dream on MM that I had last night (01/10/08).
This was first dream ever I had on MM even dough I read updates on this case since August and I’m very emotionally involved.
I’m mother of two boys:2 and 6 year old and I’m happily pregnant with baby #3!
Yesterday at work I said a little prayer for Maddy concentrating deeply and I think it triggered the dream I had:
It was at my current house in Canada, it was winter. My husband came home with my older son in the middle of the day and they said they brought a friend over.
The friend appeared to be a little girl a little smaller that my son. I looked at her and I knew right away it was Maddie, I looked at my husband and without any word he gave me an impression that Yes it is her, but not too overreact as we may be watched.
I thought that I was going to explode from overwhelming gladness that was going through my entire body and mind.
I took her away from the windows and kneeled on the floor beside the fridge, I started to hug her and kissed her cheeks many times. She looked good, nicely dressed, her hair was longer and put in the half pony tail in the back, her bangs was straight smoothly falling on her forehead, very tidy. She had a burgundy velvet dress and white tights and white sandals (weird as it was winter). I could see she had a pink nail polish on her toes that must have been on for quite some time as it was chipping already.
On her left foot big toe nail was sticking out and it was coming off and new nail growing under. I remember touching the nail and slightly pulling it back to see if the new nail was growing under. I asked her if it hurt, she said not at all.
I started asking her what happened to her, how took her and so on…. She said: “I was taken from bead by a man that was bold and had ugly teeth”.
I remember when she was describing the man I could visualize: he was tanned or darker skin, with shiny bold head, he might have even a little bit of black hair around his head, but the top was bold and shiny. He was in his 40’s and wore black, polo shirt top, long sleeve. He was medium height and rather stocky build.
Now,
I started asking my husband, where he meet Maddy and how was he able to bring her home.
He said he met a guy two weeks ago in the gym and he saw him again today when he was in the indoor playground with our older son. The “Guy” was with Maddy and they started talking and “The Guy” agreed she will go into our house to play with our two children for two hours. My husband said “The Guy” was acting weird, wasn’t saying a lot and avoided eye contact. For some reason he allowed Maddy to go and said he will pick her up at 7 pm.
I looked at the clock: it was almost 6 pm. I said we have only one hour. What do we do? Are we contacting the police or contacting McCanns? I had a paper with McCann’s phone number, there was also other phone numbers for the British police and “Madeleine info line” phone number. We started to panic and decided we will take her to McCann’s right away.
For some reason it felt like we lived close to McCanns, like in the same town.   Then we decided we will phone them to let them know we have her, she is safe and coming home.
The phone number that I remember seeing was: 011411…..
(when I phone Europe (Poland) from Canada I dial 0.11.48….-therefore this must be a phone number in Europe 0.11.41 1…. – “41” being a country indicator, just don’t know which one yet, I need to check).
We were rushing to get out of the house before “The Guy” shows up to pick her up.   I was holding Maddy in my arms all dressed in winter jacket (very light purple in color) and my husband was putting our two boys into the car on our driveway. I was almost into our car with Maddie    when we saw “The Guy” pulling in - one our earlier.! Our hearts froze – what do we do now….what do we say to him, where were we taking Maddie.
“The Guy” however pulled in the our neighbor ‘s driveway an stood outside of his car waiting for us to come up to him. Like he didn’t want to be seen. He wanted to be in the “shade”.
I started approaching him holding Maddie in my arms, saying that we were just going quickly to the store or something like that.
He didn’t say anything.   I took my glove off and stretched my arm towards him wanting to introduce myself; he avoided eye contact and didn’t respond to my hand.
I gave him Maddie, She started screaming “No, No…I don’t want to go….” The Guy still was not saying anything. Finally I said: “ That’s Ok sweety, you will come again next week” Right? And I looked at him for an answer.   He still was not responding but I got the feeling he was not sure. I wasn’t a definite “no” – she will not be coming next week, but something like he was not sure.
Ok, “The Guy” looked like this:   he was tall (very tall rather), slim; he had dirty blond/grayish, short, curly hair; his face was very round; his eys were blue, small and round; his nose was round as well and rather small. He wore blue jeans, narrower at the bottom, slim fit and a light, quarter length jacket. He had this Eastern European look I think. Name starting with ‘K’ comes to mind.
I specifically looked at the car he drove:
It was a Volkswagen (“Golf” maybe) older type, two door; washed, light blue almost white but not white in color; it had a sticker on both sides of the car towards the back, closer the back wheels that said: “sccot” or “scoot” or “scott”.
The license plate was:   BVPV 124. The plate was white with black letters / number. It was rather longer plate, not like the ones that we have in Ontario.
At home we were panicking trying to call the police to give description of the car, the man and the plate number.
There was another plate number that was seeing when calling the police: AVBPVP 124   or   AVBVPV 124.
I remember all that very clearly.

Dear Brian, in response to Vivans question and , to clear things up. If I am right and it is Detroux, then there is not one single chance he'd be working for the hotel! He is hopefully under lock and key for life. At one point Brians readers all went down the route thinking this younger couple in CE's drawings looked like the couple from Baptista Supermarket family but nothing came of that. The only reason I made this connection is because I was able to connect photo fits in my mind 3 people to the same high profile case. i.e. Detroux case. Brian thinks suspect one (detroux) is a good match- but If others disagree with my match of suspect 2 and 3 i.e. woman and fat man, then we can all sigh with relief that it is not detroux gang. To reiterate, Detroux should be in jail for life (but I am sure he can still trade if that is what one calls it, whether in or out) and I have no idea what his sentence was i hope to god it was LIFE. With regard to the other older man nihoul (suspect 3) - seems he got off with a slap on the wrist and nothing more and was released early may. He only got 5 months which does not exactly reflect the severity of his crimes (like murder and so on) - one might say he has connections that made sure he was treated lightly. However, you have to understand these kind of people operate mainly above the law.... Regarding the blond woman - i wonder how old that picture is. As you can see, underneath her bad highlights she has very black hair and could 'dress up' and get a maids job - possibly. I was more interested in her 'look' which was very pointy, the angle of her eyes, eyebrows, jaw line etc. Why she is dressed as a maid unless she is one or pretending to be one I have no idea. One thing carol E said that does not match my theory is that the suspects 1 @ 2 are afraid and scared to come forward. Guys -I admit myself this does not match Detroux's profile - this man has NO COMPASSION! Believe me I have held back on this match for a while; in that I found this detroux fit back in october and emailed carol everett at the time. I did not send to you brian because I really did not want to cause uncessary alarm. What changed it for me was seeing Nihlou and the blond lady's photos, once i connected all three, i felt i had to share this with you. This is why I say with big caution that perhaps my imagination got the better of me. If anyone out there disagrees with these matches please correct me pdq before we all get too upset. One thing that is certain is that casa pia is connected to the belgium ring. This i did not know until yesterday so there is SOME kind of connection. Best wishes, CL

Hi, Detroux is behind bars, and has been...but there are connections to Portugal, and it still goes on. To me it looks like a match, but obviously it cannot be...but the important thing is that this stuff is still going on, children are still being made to live like this...and it needs to stop.

Have just read page 22 and the letter in spanish with the links to various sites and Sally Everleighs accommodation advertised.....on one of those links, www.sawdays.co.uk there are pictures of the accomodation...take a look at the one of the bar area with the bartender......could he be the same man pictured at the play area in the dark top, smiling and wearing a baseball cap...?

I think there are lot of good questions concerning Murat and Malinka. Why Malinka lied that he hadn’t spoken to Murat in over a year, but the phone records show he had exchanged several calls with Murat on the night Madeleine vanished and CCTV showed them talking in person in the days that followed.
Does someone have any information about the Murat - Malinka link. I have always thought it possibly the single most suspicious aspect of this case, yet I never see it mentioned or discussed.
I’ll recount what I recall and I would welcome any further info or corrections. I am just mostly going from memory here.
The PJ were pointed in the direction of Murat and detectives started following him around. They also obtained his phone records. They noticed that on the night Madeline had disappeared, Murat had made ’several’ calls to a 22 yr. old Russian - Malinka - who was called an IT expert. I think he mainly did web sites for people.
CCTV footage supposedly showed Murat meeting Malinka and having an ‘animated’ discussion in days following Madeleine’s disappearance.
Now this is the bit I could not believe when I first read it - it has to be one of the three biggest police bungles in this case. They had Murat’s phone records - which is how they got onto Malinka. I presume in following Murat they saw him meet Malinka or got it off the CCTV. I also presume they would have known Malinka was a computer whiz. So knowing Murat and Malinka had exchanged several phone calls on ‘the’ night and Malinka’s skills - they go and bring in Murat for questioning WITHOUT grabbing Malinka at the same time. So by questioning Murat they tip off Malinka, because questioning Murat certainly made the news. The following day, or several days later - bit fuzzy on this - Malinka HEARS that the police are looking for a Russian and goes to them - how sweet.
Every time I think about this I have to almost pinch myself to make sure it isn’t a bad dream. The police went to Malinka’s residence and seized two hard drives and a laptop. But according to a direct quote from a PJ they had all been wiped clean. If he knew his stuff, he wouldn’t have just reformatted the drives, he would have done security wipes of them overwriting every single bit on the drive - several times! But maybe he didn’t have times because this process can take hours if they are big drives.
The NSA and GCHQ/MI6 might still have been able to retrieve what had been on those drives, but this is only a child abduction and doesn’t warrant a national security scale effort. It is supposedly possible to remove each disk from a drive and meticulously peer at it’s surface through a very special type of electron microscope which can read what the bits were before they were wiped. My brain hurts when i think how painstaking this would be, though the spooks must have this sort of thing automated by now to be able to do it in any reasonable time frame, but I digress.
Modern day pedophiles, especially the really hard core nasties who have the most to hide, are very cunning, clever and organised. They have networks and share sick stuff with each other and cooperate in their repellent deeds, even to the point of passing kids around their networks. Excuse me while I throw up. To hide their dirty activities they have resorted to stuff like encrypting their emails and other stuff they send to each other.
The easiest way to read an encrypted email is to have the machine that was used to encrypt it because it will have the encryption keys and emails on it - probably in their unencrypted form as well.
Now a report in a paper purported that someone who had once worked with Malinka , said Malinka had boasted of having had sex with a minor. When questioned about his links to Murat, Malinka had supposedly said that he hadn’t spoken to him in over a year, but the phone records show he had exchanged several calls with Murat on ‘the’ night and CCTV showed them talking in person in the days that followed.
Apparently Murat supposedly claimed, when asked about his whereabouts, that he had been in bed at 11:40pm that night. The phone records show him talking to Malinka at precisely that time. But that’s perfectly Ok because it is easy to see how a 33yr old would be in bed by 11:40pm, someone who doesn’t have a 9-5, talking about his website problems.
I hope someone somewhere is looking at Urs Hans Von Aesch’s computers to see if he had ever exchanged emails with anyone in Portugal.
Early on in all this, when Gorden Brown first offered assistance, and if it had been me, I would have asked him to get MI6 to put surveillance on Malinka in every way possible. Not that I am suggesting for one moment he had anything to hide, you understand, or had done anything wrong. Just as a precaution.
But this is just a child abduction and not a national security issue, so it’s just dreaming.
Anyway, if anyone has info, like some of this has been discredited, I would like to hear, because this whole thing really bugs me more than anything else.”

Madeleine McCann was raped, murdered and her body dumped in a reservoir within 48 hours of her disappearance, a lawyer has claimed.
Underworld criminals contacted a human rights lawyer on May 6, three days after the girl vanished, with details of her alleged abduction and murder, he said.
But when Marcos Aragao Correia tried to tell police, he was ignored, he added.
The lawyer has contacted Kate and Gerry McCann's detective agency, which has begun to investigate his theory. If true, Mr Correia, 32, believes it would clear the couple of suspicion that they were involved in their daughter's disappearance.
He refused to reveal his underworld sources but said: "They indicated that Madeleine had been abducted, raped and murdered within the first two days after her abduction, and her body thrown into a lake in the Algarve."
From the description of the location that he was given, Mr Correia deduced that Madeleine's body is at the bottom of the Barragem do Arade reservoir, near Silves, 40 miles from Praia da Luz.
The lawyer, from Madeira, travelled to the Algarve to investigate the claims and visited the reservoir, 150ft deep in places, with Metodo 3 last month.
In an interview with the Portuguese magazine Lux, Mr Correia said: "It is the ideal place for somebody to get rid of a body, practically without leaving any trace."
He said Metodo 3 was "very interested" in his information.

    Hope all is well with you , and to wish you and your familly a Happy New Year.i have just seen this on the Daily Mail pages, and thought you might like to have a look yourself.Not sure that the PJ are taking this any more seriously than anything else, or any other tips , or witnesses that have come forward! They certainly seem to have there mind set on only one senario for what happened to Madeliene, and are determined one way and another to prove it.I think that the witnesses that have been mentioned in the press, are just the tip of the iceberg, ( for every one "new witness "that has been reported coming forward, there could possibly be many more that have not looked for publicity.But i wonder with so many people saying that there were people "hanging around" looking shifty, over the months that led up to May 3rd, and others seemingly ,giving weight to the abduction theory....then why are the PJ only interested in the one theory.That the parents killed her and staged a cover-up, to hide that fact.I have followed this from the beggining, and for the life of me i can't see any way possible for them to have done that and got away with it for this long without breaking down, also how they could have concealed her body and removed it etc, under the glare of the world media spotlight.They were pounced upon every time they looked out the door, or went anywhere....ok some say it was a media circus of their own making, but for all that, they were hounded for months.I still believe that she is alive,i have to believe that, until the alternative is proven, physically.....and not circumstantially without a body or evidence of what actually happened.
    Because of the secrecy laws on Portugal, it is impossible for any of us to know what did actually happen that night,and i wonder if , when some one is charged , and the case comes to court,(if any one will and when or if a case comes to court), if that too will be covered by the same laws, and the case will be heard in a "closed court", thus stopping any information getting out even then!?Seems all a bit one sided to me.

I know why the PJ are only interested in one theory and I believe there is enough overwhelming evidence proving the PJ are not interested in any other possible scenario...and thank you, I have plenty of seeds left :)
I'm also hoping what Marcos Aragao Correia said is not true, but I do believe that the PJ did ignore what he had to say. I also think that Mr. Marcos needs to ask for protection and tell the British authorities exactly what he knows...and should have done it a long time ago.
What he knows could prevent this from happening again...if he's telling the truth...if Metodo 3 put him up to this, God help them!

I will just post the link...I think this is just more spin by the media to get people angry and sell more newspapers. Did the talent agency tell the press about the offer or did the press find it on their own? Either way, why report it knowing the problems it would create?

I don’t know what that means but what I found interesting with this picture is the shape of the gate which seems to match the shape from some of your DDs
I wonder if this gate is in Murats garden and if so, where.

“An anonymous email sent to Portuguese detectives claimed that Daniel Groom was spotted lurking in an alley close to the McCanns’ apartment on the night Madeleine vanished”
The paper says he looks not too unlike the man seen walking from the holiday complex holding a child. You know, that man with no face…
Says Mr Groom: “I think I am being framed. I am the victim of a smear campaign by someone with a grudge against me… During the week two detectives had arrived in town and begun asking friends about my whereabouts. I rang them after they left a message with a friend. I met them in a car park in Praia da Luz… They were two detectives from the Lisbon area, a good cop and a bad cop. One guy was quite small and smoked a cigar. The other guy was really fat, wore girly sunglasses and kept looking around him all the time”
A good cop? We know all about the bad cops (see the Sun). But this good cop..?
They showed him the email. It went:
“Is it a coincidence that this man started working as a gardener in the area and a child went missing?
“Maybe he walked through the car park at the front of the McCanns’ apartment and a little way down the dark alley between the two buildings where he could see and probably hear that the McCanns were there.
“After that maybe he listened at the window of the McCanns’ apartment for any sign that someone such as a babysitter was there. No television…nothing.
“Did this man initially see the McCanns and Madeleine whilst working on an empty apartment/villa and note that the children were left alone? Did he then come back to watch the McCanns when it was dark and not during daylight hours?”

Do you feel that Madeleine will be returned to her parents fairly soon? I wish the psychics that are going to Portugal would have invited you to go with them.

I can confirm that the document was written by Michael Shrimton. Here is his statement confirming that he is the author of a similiar document, albeit not the garbled version on the net.

"A purported Intelligence Assessment on the Kidnap of Madeleine McCann, attributed to me, was placed on the Daily Mirror website without my knowledge or consent, nor that of Gerrad Group International, of Massachusetts USA, on whose Advisory Board I sit. So far as I can tell the Assessment was obtained unlawfully, either by theft, cybercrime or unlawful interception of communications, although I make no suggestion that the Daily Mirror was aware of that.

No attempt was made by whoever posted it, or by the Daily Mirror, to seek my consent or that of Gerard Group, to whom any such request would have been referred. It is right to say that in June I was contacted at home by a Daily Mirror journalist, acting on a tip-off, which appeared to me to have come from a member of the Cabinet or some one close to the Cabinet Office. This journalist was aware that a restricted intelligence assessment on the McCann kidnap had been prepared, he asked me for a copy and was politely refused.

It is right that after intelligence on Madeleine McCann's then whereabouts was received in England, Gerard Group were asked, informally, to prepare an Intelligence Assessment. This request was made by a retired, senior, intelligence officer who had formerly sat on the Joint Intelligence Committee, the senior co-ordinating body for British Intelligence. This followed the failure by the then Prime Minister to convene COBRA or refer the matter to JIC. The UK investigation into the kidnap has not been intelligence led and has been left throughout in the hands of a provincial police force. There are grounds for supposing that critical intelligence on the kidnap, including IMINT (Imagery Intelligence) has been withheld from that force and further grounds for supposing that this intelligence failure has compromised the search for Madeleine McCann.

The Intelligence Assessment was submitted on a non-recourse basis, in the strictest confidence, at Director level, to British and American intelligence agencies, to senior military officers in a position to task military assets for a rescue effort and to senior members of the British Government. It was also supplied to the White House and the Pentagon. It was prepared as a matter of extreme urgency at a time when there was a recovery window and human life was at stake. That window has now closed and was closed before any part of the Assessment was released into the public domain.

Possibly reflecting the clandestine or unlawful means by which it was acquired the version which has appeared on the Internet is not I say again not in the form in which it was submitted, indeed it has been altered significantly. Authentication codes within the original Assessment have been deleted and the garbled copy in the public domain is not I say again not an authentic copy.

I am dismayed that even part of a highly confidential document such as this should be leaked in this way, however the original Assessment was santised to protect sources against the possibility of a hostile intelligence agency acquiring it and no source has been compromised. The Assessment was also designed to be read in conjunction with COMINT and IMINT, including satellite imagery, and is of limited value without the supporting intelligence, none of which appears to have been leaked.

Thankfully no military operations were compromised by this leak. For reasons which are unclear no British operation was mounted to rescue Madeleine, although that is not repeat not a criticism of the Chief of Defence Staff, who constitutionally could not act without a request from the civil power, whcih never came. Limited naval operations to interdict associated narcotics traffickers concluded some weeks before the leak and police action to arrest collateral child traffickers involved in bringing kindapped children from southern Brazil to the Iberian Pensinsular was not affected, to my knowledge. Those actions did not involve the UK.

I will not depart this distressing subject without emphasising that

(1) I have seen no evidence to sugegst that either of Madeleine's parents or for that matter any British Citizen was involved

(2) the kidnappers appear to have been armed with silenced weapons and

(3) any suggestion that the child's parents or an unarmed babysitter could have prevented the kidnap is misconceived.

It is right that the assistance of the United States military and intelligence communities in the seach for Madeleine McCann should be acknowledged. They behaved as an ally should. They cannot and will not claim credit, indeed I would expect denials for reasons of state, but I am aware that good people have risked their lives in this search and powerful reconnaissance assets, including satellites, were tasked. I am also aware that a courageous American intelligence officer, who cannot be named, who was involved in the search, was subsequently murdered, but I am unclear as to whether this was connected to the McCann case. S/he will no doubt be honoured within the intelligence community in their usual, quiet, way.

I read your site daily and am continuously going back over your DD's and previous pages in the hope that now after this length of time some things may become clearer. A few things that may be worth trying to figure out.

I read somewhere on this site that Robert Murat was under investigation prior to MM abduction, what was he under investigation for?
(Remember Arguido status is also there to provide the suspect with protection, if the PJ had no evidence to arrest Murat the following day after investigating and"searching" his villa why the need for the Arguido status unless to protect and stop RM from talking, maybe incriminating himself or the PJ - The Worlds media on his door stop, could have been tempting for him? - we were lead to belive in the beginning he liked to feel a part of the scenario, one who knew the ins and outs of the case and liked to feel important?)

Why hasn't Robert Murat been arrested for having child porn on his computer?(sick, sick man)
I can't understand why the people of PDL and Portugal in general (and us) aren't screaming for an arrest, pertitioning for an arrest any thing surely a blind eye can't be turned on this one, it's so public I would have thought an example would have been made! At least it should have been!! Possibly the reason for no arrest is that RM knows to much and is being treated as such! Why have they got his passport? At least if he hasn't got his passport he can not leave the contry and confess all to the UK police? I know the most important thing is MM, but if we come across someone with child porn on there home computer, being used for their sick pleasures along the way surely something should be done, even if he was not involved in this case(which I doubt) he is a threat to all children along with any one else who uses child porn.Period!

You have refered to these numbers many times, they obviously do have meaning. As we believe that RS is the PJ and other PJ's are involved could it not be an identity number? We have ruled out some ideas but not this one I don't think, Do the PJ have such identification numbers like in the UK? Maybe worth looking in to, maybe some of your Portugues readers would know.

Did they ever find the maid who was reported to be on the run/missing?
We all have a feeling that a member of staff was involved in this somehow, This apartment was doomed from before the Mccanns ever reached Portugal, reading some recent reports by holiday makers who have spent time in the apartment. I can only assume it was a trap,set up long before the Mccanns arrived, waiting for it's victims to arrive on holiday, it seems there have been many unsucsessful attempts, and people trying to get inside checking out the prey possibly?. Ideally the informer would work at the apartments! We have been told that all staff were checked out, but im sure there was a maid missing? I think this was confirmed when an annonimous e mail was sent to Prince Charles.

For what? Is he the same guy as in the photo taken by Kate Mccann in the park area and later taken with Robert Murat? Was he employed as a security guard? if so, why the need for that big camera? If it is'nt the same guy why is he being investigated, surely this must mean it is the Fraudster, why was he there with RM, he is obviously a shady character, I don't believe in coincidence so not sure what this leaves me with. Kate Mccann has reportedly said she wishes she could turn back time and see who was watching her family, he was there with his camera in the complex and later with RM,and now under investigation- coincidence?

Just a few questions that I can't get out of my head,

I believe that MM is still alive, she was taken because she was at the right place at the right time for the abductor, they knew she was alone and took the opportunity, after being alerted by a member of staff (luis/missing maid) almost getting caught when Gerry Mccann came to check on her and the twins. The child taken RM rings SM to give him the heads up at the Marina where sigtings were reported, she is taken to Morrocco where sigtings had been reported.(How come the CCTV footage in the petrol station came to nothing? even to rule out the sighting) Unfortunately they did not bank on all the Media attention and no longer wanted a child who was now so recognisable, MW is then on the scene in Morrocco as reported by witnesses, she contacts RM in a panic and he hurridly hires a car to fetch MM back to PDL, maybe she is safer with him as aposed to a peadophile ring that do abuse children and not just some sicko that enjoys watching it . The police name RM as a suspect, which offers him protection and gags him from speaking out search his property, maybe even find MM, underground room, tunnels ect. In one of your DD you state that MM is with RS (we assume this person is the PJ) Someone, actually more than one person has posted on your site of an aqua cell, somewhere where the police wash there laundry water running down walls ect, you have repeatedly said she is in a basement could these places be one and the same? In another DD you have said the PJ have the kidnapper, MM and others - doesn't that mean it's possible that the PJ have her and she is being kept in a basement, and RS is there with her sitting on crates (hopefuly looking after her). In the meantime the PJ try to cover up this case and frame the Mccans as they have done in the past with other cases, they have not been arrested yet but as in one of your DD's Mccanns arrested for murder! This could still happen and then I hope that is when our Government and the FBI decide to get involved and get to the bottom of this case and expose the PJ who have at least proven to us and the whole world that they are incompitent and corrupt. The leaks that have been reported have all had one purpose-to discredit the Mccanns, why have there been no leaks about RM, SM ect? They have pulled strings in the Portugues media and are excluding any reports of anyone that is linked directly to the case, the exact people we want to find out about, why haven't the media leaked information about RM I would have thought him being British not Portugues would have not gone in his favour and they woud have kept Portugal and it's name a bit cleaner (if you know what I mean). We know from your DD's that she has moved location in the begining because of the DD with the large window and tree the view, which to my mind is an apartment building which I think has been identified, she has since been moved underground to a basement with crates to sit on as per you DD .This is obviously just my opinion piecing together your DD's and other information your readers have collected. I am more than likely to be wrong but I beleive in you and your dreams and from all that ive read about other cases Joana ect which you have linked to the case the PJ have much to hide, this is the best kept secret because some of the people involved who may have been likely to talk and slip up have been given Arguido status thus making them untouchable.

I am known to be a gullable person so have tried not to fall in to the conspiracy theories, although I must admit I find it hard not to believe some of them but I think you can get pieces to fit your own puzzle but its not the real picture. Gerry maybe a Mason, but I don't see what difference that would make given the fact that the apartment was picked as a trap long before the Mccanns arrival.

Anyway, sorry for such a long email please post if you think anything could be relevant. Also I work with a pendelum and wondered if any of your readers have had any experiences?

Death is a specific feeling I get when I do this sort of stuff...however it's not this cold bad feeling that everyone else seems to think (at least for me)...but anyway, I have not felt this in this case yet...and I hope I never do.

THE hunt for Madeleine McCann switched to the Canary Islands last night as police searched an incinerator for her remains.
Detectives swooped on a pet crematorium in the Gran Canaria town of Telde after a worker there was arrested for attempting to abduct a child.

They were alerted after the terrified 10-year-old girl told her mother how she fought off the man as he attempted to drag her off the street into his van just days ago.

She later picked out former crematorium worker Marcos Cabrera, 37, at an identity parade as the man who had tried to lure her into his van with five euros.

Police were already investigating the disappearance of two other children from the holiday island – easily reachable by plane or ferry from Portugal where Madeleine vanished on May 3.

Bespectacled Yeremi Vargas, seven, disappeared in March last year and 14-year-old Sara Morales has not been seen since last July.

Detectives ordered a full-scale search of the crematorium after discovering construction worker Cabrera was employed there before recently switching to his building job.

He was taken from his cell to the incinerator in handcuffs and questioned at the scene. Senior detectives ordered a forensic specialist in examining bones and human remains to the scene.

Police said that while the crematorium had been closed for four years it was still fully functional and is thought to have been last used just two months ago. Cabrera, who is being held in the island’s only jail, was charged with attempted abduction, possession of a firearm and the theft of a vehicle after being quizzed by judge Oscar Rey for five hours.
The judge ordered the suspect to be held without bail, following his arrest last Thursday, after the alleged abduction attempt in the La Garita area of the town on January 4.

Police said that two other girls who had also nearly been abducted recently took part in the police identification parade last Friday and also picked out Cabrera.

A team of forensic scientists from Madrid were last night on their way to the island to start the grim task of sifting through incinerator debris for children’s remains. The team will also search the suspect’s home again in case police missed anything.

They have been briefed to look out for any sign of other missing children – including Madeleine.

A police source in the Algarve said: “Officers involved in the operation in Gran Canaria are aware of the Madeleine McCann case and have been fully briefed about it.

“Cases of disappearing children are thankfully very rare in this part of the world.

“That is why it is not impossible for those few that have occurred to be linked – possibly to the same perpetrator.”

Private detectives hired by Gerry and Kate McCann think Madeleine is in Portugal, Spain or Morocco – from which Gran Canaria is easily accessible.

It is understood that police in Gran Canaria are working to establish Cabrera’s movements over the last eight months. They will investigate whether he has any links with known paedophiles or their networks.

New evidence has private investigators questioning whether Madeleine McCann may have been kidnapped by a Spanish pedophile gang, the London Daily Mail reported Monday.
The evidence comes on the heels of an abduction of a 5-year-old gypsy girl Sunday night while playing in a park on Portugal's southeast coast, the same area where the McCann investigation began, the Daily Mail reported.
The Metedo 3 agency, the independent firm hired by the McCanns, is focusing on this area following leads from southeast cities like Valencia and Alicante. Portuguese newspaper Diario de Noticias revealed these two areas are known to include various gangs of child sex abusers that have links with pedophiles in various other countries such as Belgium.
Kate and Gerry McCann were seen in the Spanish city of Huelva at least once following the belief their daughter's kidnapper may have traveled with her through that town, according to the Daily Mail.
Local media have brought allegations against the McCanns stating the true intent of their trip to Huelva may have been to dispose of Madeleine's body. However, no evidence has been brought to support these claims.
Huelva borders Portugal on the country's southeast border. There is no border patrol between these two countries and Spanish authorities were not notified of her disappearance until the morning after. It took 12 hours before they were provided with a picture and description of the child giving the kidnapper a large window of time to cross the border without being noticed.
Metedo 3 director Francisco Marco has stated publicly he knows where Madeleine is and that he would have her returned to her parents by Christmas. The McCann’s are paying Metedo 3 $74,374 a month but they will not renew the contract when it runs out in March, the Mail reported.
Police are also focusing on the Canary Islands paying close attention to a pet crematorium after a former worker Marcos Cabrera, 37, attempted to abduct a 10-year-old girl in the area. Forensic teams have begun searching the incinerator at the crematorium for traces of children's remains, the Mail reported. The crematorium has been closed for four years but some activity is believed to have taken place there within the last two months.
Madeleine, now 4 years old, vanished on May 3, 2007 while her family was on vacation in Portugal. Her parents left her and her younger twin siblings unsupervised in a hotel room while they were having dinner some 400 feet away.

Dear Brian,

I hope you and your family are well. I've noticed how the last week
has brought a hive of enlightening activity to your sight - Almost as
though solving this case is a New Years resolution. I must say that I
can't bear the idea of another year without Madeleine found and safe
at home.

I found the information on the PJ extremely interesting and in
particular their personal statements regarding the case and the
McCanns.   A repetitive theme seemed to be that the idea of a
pedophile abduction came entirely and solely from the McCanns. How
strange. Can you imagine any police force in the world, dismissing
this as a very real possibility and only considering it at all, and
cynically at that, because the parents had the audacity to suggest it
might have been the case! I for one know, that the second I heard the
news, instinctively put that scenario top of my list of probabilities,
especially after seeing Madeleine's "look". Unfortunately, she is a
textbook candidate for such a crime. Couple that with the fact that
the apartment was clearly vulnerable to intrusion make this an OBVIOUS
supposition.

Something I have learnt in my life is that the biggest mistake "evil"
makes is believing that he is clever. Whenever criminals arrogantly
think they have covered their tracks, they start to make glaring
mistakes. Many of the most evil criminals even set out on the path of
wrongdoing to prove their superiority. Which is why positions of
power are so alluring to them. They can equally be attracted to the
idea of rubbing shoulders with the elite as they feel this justifies
their feelings of grandeur. I don't want to make this a psychology
lesson but it does help if those who are looking for Madeleine begin
an in-depth profile of the potential abductors and the cult that
surrounds such crimes. It is important to make a differentiation
between the foot soldiers and the generals.

Bearing all of this in mind, I would like to put this WARNING out to
all those involved and reading this sight, as I know you are. The
greater good is far more sophisticated than "evil" and you will be
caught - be sure of that. You will have not only this world but the
next to ponder on the pain you have caused. You will quickly discover
that the greatest pain to endure is guilt and regret from which there
will be no relief. However, freedom from this feeling, which I know
you are already experiencing lies in repentance. The truth will set
you free.

It's just something that caught my eye and I have to agree that it is QUITE profound and was SUPPOSED to have many similarities to Maggie's potential rescue - if it had happened when it SHOULD have.

I'm no psychic, but dreams/dejavu type experiences help this make sense.

I would have loved to meet her good family and see them happy with Maggie back in their safety.

It's a bigger loss than many people can ever truly grasp. Such a shame. It would have led to some pretty wonderful changes to MAANNYYY people's futures, if you know what I mean. [sigh]

A lawyer claims the criminals who abducted Madeleine McCann from her parent’s holiday apartment in Portugal contacted him three days after her disappearance and told him details of her rape and murder.
Marocs Correia claims he was contacted by someone on May 6. He said they told him they were responsible for raping, murdering and dumping the 4-year-old’s body in a reservoir 48 hours after she vanished.
Correia says he attempted to tell the Portuguese police but they turned him away. His story is being investigated by Kate and Gerry McCann’s detective agency.

Can someone find out who Mr. Marocs Correia is, and where he works. Not sure how Portugal laws works, but if this man claims he has information about a rape and murder of a British citizen, would not Interpol laws mandate that he inform British authorities of what information he's received?
How could someone just sit on information like this, or even sleep at night...if the PJ didn't what to hear about it (which I believe) he should have contacted someone else like Interpol which Portugal, Spain and the UK are members of.
Interpol and this task force are working on the Madeleine case and they too realize that something is wrong in PDL.

I've had another dream and would like to ask if your readers are familiar
with a park that contains an overhead sign that appears rustic, made of wood,
which has a name on it that contains 7 or more letters, beginning with the letter P,
and including a C, as in: Pacheco, Pocheko, Pacheko, Pachalo, etc.

The rustic sign is supported by two large beams which also appear to be rustic wood.

A second sign, which appeared to be a standard USA street sign was green in
color, with white lettering that spelled W E S T.

I was just wondering why you haven't had anything on your site for a few days.
There is loads of sites on the Internet now saying that you are a fraud and that you are not having these dreams on Madeleine.
They are also saying that when people have sent you information in that they have caught you changing dates to suit what you have wrote.
There is also an ex police officer on 1 of the sites saying that he has passed the information to the police because he said you should be done for fraud.
These sites said you are not having these predictions and that you get the information off the Internet as its the same stuff that is on the Internet and all you do is have a rough look round the Internet draw some pictures.
They are also saying the reason why your site seems to dry up with information is because there is no new information in the media that we don't already know and they also say that where is the pictures you used to draw on about Madeleine's case,they say they have dryed up as well because there is no new information in the media for you to draw pictures,
so you cant draw anything because you have nothing to confirm it with in the media.
So people cant say oh Brian you are right it say's that in the media.
Why are these people saying these things.
Its just plain ignorent because these people are'nt sure of something they have to knock it.
I believe you are right about this case and always have and so do all your readers and that is why we send things into you and read your sites everyday.
Dont listen to these people who try to knock you they know nothing and they are just insecure and want to believe you are making it all up.
The amount of fake programs i have seen on the telly with Gospel/priest type people on stage making out that they have just touched a blind person or a person who is in a wheelchair and suddenly he is not blind anymore or he can suddenly walk,when he has never walked in his life,now that is fraud as these people take money etc for it. I have always said "JEALOUSY RUINS THE WORLD" and maybe if the world was more kind and positive like you the world would be such a nicer place to live and for our children to grow up in.

This may not be case related but I thought that you might want to post it as it involves child pornography.. a German backpacker was caught at Melbourne airport here in Australia with around 2000 child porn images including beastiality..
One little girl was as young as threee...SICK SICK SICK!!!!!!

Anyway I thought that maybe someone could pass this on to the investigators in the Maddie case so that they could liase with Australian police to see if Maddie is in any of the images.. or if you could let me no who to send the details to I will send it ASAP..

They did find evidence that Madeleine was in Murats' house and the dogs did react around the entrance of Murats' house...?

Turns out this guy is named Marcos Javier Rodriguez Cabrera....and he's aged 37. You have written 37 in your DD's sooooo many times......
and i read that

Hi Brian,

IF Madeleine has been taken as part of organised child sex she wouldnt be looking like a "gypsy" child as per the photo that has been published.
She would   possibly have more highlighted blonde hair that is wavy or curled and would have lipgloss/lipstick to appear lolita style and generally glamourous and "sexy" ( not that an underage child is sexy to normal people)   Having looked at the Denise Pipitone /child "model" sites advertised on nnguide ( looked at the banner ads) it is horrifying to see these children portrayed but this is more likely than her looking dishevelled.
I have forwarded the child sites to several missing children agencies   & completed reverse look ups/whois on almost all the sites listed.   - didnt go further into the sites although someone needs to to try and locate these exploited children.
The Denise/bubbles site is registered in Moscow with an address listed ( I realise this probably just hosting)
many of the others sites are domain holding companies USA/Mexico/Bankok and one is Romania.

Dear Brian,

I don't know whether you got my last email regarding the Mornington
Peninsula Daycare centre in Victoria, Australia, but it is very
relevant to this case. There are many people who simply cannot
believe that the police might be involved and see this as another
"conspiracy" theory. This case, which I just happened upon during
some research shows how commonplace this might be. In this case it
involves preschool children (the same age as Madeleine) who were taken
from a daycare centre to a local house and abused by "men dressed in
police uniforms" with masks. There then ensued a series of similar
blunders and incompetence from the police culminating in files and
videos being "lost" before going to trial. As with the McCann's, the
parents felt they were on trial with suggestions that the abuse came
from within the home - all 30 of them. They were also accused of
corroborating evidence - just as the Tapas 9 were. When I say to you
that evil is not very sophisticated it is because he tends to repeat
himself. I feel that whoever is investigating this crime, must look
to other similar cases and be brave about tackling this head on. I
must say that the prime investigator in the Mornington case went on to
become " Young Australian of the year". I can't seem to get the links

I have followed your site for some time, and I can't say I have always agreed on everything I've seen or read in the past. But I feel it would be beneficial to put some sort of post our under the Madeleine Mccann site regarding what the heck is going on with Matthew James? I know you have posted his readings in the past but it seems he just completely stopped on Madeleine posts on January 12th. I am sincerely hoping that this does not mean something bad as I am sure other readers on your site may be curious as well. Maybe it is just me not knowing why his posts have stopped on this missing child, but it is scary to know they have stopped completely. If you know something that I don't know about why this happened please state something soon in your posts...do this not for me but for all your readers who care about this little girl. Australian Bound!

Well that's me. Time for 'the land of Nod' ... a relatively early night with such a fresh and early start tomorrow. Our flight over to Australia is 12 noon at Auckland ... we have to be there for 9 am check in ... its nearly 2 hrs to the airport ...

Murat is saying he wants to sell his story for £1 million and he also said in this article that the police haven't talk to him since august.
His lawyer is saying that the police have no evidence against him so will prob let him go even though 9 people have now come forward to say that they seen him that night hanging outside the Mcanns apartment.
I cant believe that there is enough evidence against Murat that he was involved someway with Madeleine's abduction with:
1) Child porn on his computer which was said by the Portuguese police to Murat's girlfriend .
2)Sniffer dogs reacted at his house with scent of Madeleine.
3)9 people have come forward saying they have seen him which proves he lied and was not at his mothers house.
But there is no evidence against the mcanns and they are being held as suspects prob for another 6 months.
So it looks like the Portuguese police only made Murat a suspect to protect him so nothing would come out about the abduction.

ROBERT Murat hopes to make £1million if he is formally cleared over Madeleine McCann’s disappearance.
The first person to be named as a suspect – or arguido – plans to sell his story, go on TV and write a book about his experience. Murat, 34, was named a formal suspect 11 days after Madeleine vanished on May 3.
But today, eight months after the investigation began, a legal deadline expires and detectives must reveal any evidence they have against him – or rule him out as a suspect. A source close to Murat said: “Maddie was the biggest story of 2007 and Robert Murat has been a massive part of that.
He’s been living under a cloud since being named a suspect and feels he should at least have some compensation for the trauma.” Publicist Max Clifford speaks regularly with Murat and has pledged to represent him if he is ruled out of the investigation. Mr Clifford said: “He has been attacked fromThe family are of the opinion the Portuguese police should either let him go or charge him so he can stand up for himself in court. “When he’s declared innocent I hope he can make enough money to compensate him for this nightmare he’s been through and all the money he has lost from not being able to work.”
Murat’s family are planning a massive party if he is cleared. His aunt Sally Eveleigh demanded that Portuguese authorities end her nephew’s eight-month nightmare and formally clear him.
She said: “There is not a shred of evidence against him but we have had to live through eight months of whispering and suspicions.” She added: “We’re all praying this nightmare will come to an end and he will no longer be a suspect, but if that’s not going to happen then charge him so he can defend himself in court.
“The worst thing would be for this to be allowed to carry on as it is, with no decision.” Murat’s lawyer, Francisco Pagarette, is set to receive a letter today outlining whether authorities have enough evidence to press charges.
The investigation into Madeleine’s disappearance from her family’s Ocean Club apartment in Praia da Luz started on May 3. Under Portuguese law, suspects must be charged, released or told why they remain a suspect eight months after an inquiry begins.
Murat is confident he will not be charged because he says he has had no contact with police since August. That is despite eight witnesses claiming they spotted him near the apartment on the night of May 3. He has always insisted he had been at home with his mother, Jenny, 71. Madeleine’s parents Gerry and Kate McCann, both 39, should also be ruled out today or told of any evidence against them.
But it is thought the prosecutor may have granted an extension of up to six months because the case is considered to be so complex. If Murat is cleared of any involvement in the disappearance, Kate and Gerry will be the only remaining suspects.

on todays news about MM there's a sketch about the who was seen at the crime scene on the 3rd of May
carrying a little girl in pink pyjamas, believed to be four-year-old Maddie. could this be the man in your DD?????

The man is “thought to be aged between 38 and 45. He has sallow skin, lank dark hair, large teeth and a distinctive droopy moustache.
