Author's Note: The writing below is a reply to a letter sent by someone at the website located at www.truthformadeleine.com that I suspect is connected with the Portuguese establishment and possibly involved in criminal activity related to child abduction in some way. I suggest that you read the reply and judge for yourself.

Thank You for responding to my mail regarding the Mc Cann case. I have read your reply with interest and agree on the part related to Gerry and Kate Mc Cann leaving their children unattended. They have already admitted their guilt publicly so there is no need to keep focusing on that anymore. We should focus now on other matters that could provide clues or clear evidence on the real truth, and not rely on the official Portuguese version of what happened to Madeleine Mc Cann.

What interest me in particular is the statement you have made denying the abduction of Madeleine without providing any explanation for your conclusion. You wrote that "there is no evidence of abduction" so I ask: If there was no abduction, then what was it? On what basis do you make the assertion? Your statement is in line with the Portuguese police claim that there was no abduction and that Gerry and Kate Mc Cann killed their daughter even though there was not a shred of evidence to support their tacit criminal accusation.

You wrote also that Portuguese detectives Goncalo Amaral and Paolo Cristovao "are irrelevant to the case." How according to you, these men are "irrelevant" to the case when they were in charge of the so-called "investigation" that wasn't? Goncalo Amaral was the official police leading the "investigation" up until the time when he clashed with members of the British police, who were challenging his charade that didn't really have to do with searching for Madeleine, but instead, accusing the Mc Canns of murder while buying time so that the child could disappear effectively. How can these men be "irrelevant" when it was under the leadership of Amaral, that members of his police staff illegally offered Kate Mc Cann a two year prison term during an interrogation session, if she falsely admitted killing her daughter? How can these men be "irrelevant" when both are now facing a criminal trail for the brutal and savage torture of prisoner Leonor Cipriano, mother of a Portuguese girl who was also abducted and mysteriously disappeared in a small town not very far from Praia da Luz? There are stunning similarities between the two cases, with the difference being that Gerry and Kate are not serving a long prison term because they are not Portuguese, their status as Doctors, and the possible damage that could have caused to State bilateral relations, had they been tortured and falsely imprisoned like in other cases.

How can Paolo Cristovao be "irrelevant" when he has made conclusive written sadistic and callous declarations on the case, even though a Portuguese secrecy law forbids anyone from speaking or writing about a case when it hasn't been resolved? Cristovao is a former police director with an in-depth knowledge on children abduction cases in Portugal, including the case of Joanna Cipriano which he handled in such a way, that her mother ended up in prison after a murder conviction based on confessions made just to avoid greater torture that could have caused her dead. This is part of the criminal background belonging to Cristovao, the same individual who recently told the world that "Madeleine didn't make it and her body was dumped into the Atlantic Ocean and lost forever..." Not only his statement violated the Portuguese secrecy law but suggested also that he does know about the Mc Cann case in ways the rest of us don't. Personally, I strongly suspect that Cristovao knows who abducted Madeleine Mc Cann, where was she taken to, on behalf of whom, and of her whereabouts weather she is dead or alive. His statements are too confident for anyone not to think that he knows what he is writing or talking about. I also suspect that his statement on the child's body being "dumped into the Ocean," is a mirror of the information an eye witness who was wandering on the beach, gave to the Portuguese police on May 5, 2007 describing how two men who handled a child wrapped in blanket, was given to a couple waiting on a speed boat that immediately took off at high speed into the Ocean with the child on board. The witness described the speed boat as similar to the type used by the police to guard Portugal's international waters. The police ignored this information and kept instead on accusing the Mc Canns of killing their daughter.

Neither Goncalo Amaral nor Paolo Cristovao is "irrelevant" in every single detail related to the Madeleine Mc Cann case. These men know what the rest of us don't but they will not tell us, and not because the secrecy law prohibits them from doing it, but because they are protecting the interest of those at elite levels whom they actually represent and work for. World child abduction and trafficking related to paedophilia, has become a very lucrative business controlled by the same folks who control entire governments and corrupted politicians. When you deny that Madeleine Mc Cann was abducted, you are actually taking sides with the people who are responsible for this and other monstrous crimes against innocent children. You are not helping either by having a website called "truth-for-Madeleine" if you deny the truth itself.

The poor, incompetent, and inadequate performance by the Portuguese police since the moment they were told about the disappearance of Madeleine was deliberately done in order to allow the criminal abductors to get away. Whoever did the actual kidnapping was probably doing it on behalf of those who had contracted the order by the "customer" who paid them well. Madeleine could have been taken to a private yacht anchored at high seas owned by a millionaire paedophile to be abused. It is very possible that Cristovao knows about this well and might be the reason why he makes a connection between the Sea and Madeleine in his statements. I suspect that he and Amaral know the truth, but what they know will never be known unless they are interrogated and investigated thoroughly by highly competent powers outside the corrupted Portuguese officialdom.

Paedophilia is deeply entrenched in both Portugal and Spain "cultural" idiosyncrasies to the core of activities related to human sexuality, but this fact is sought to be kept sub rosa from others with different moral and cultural traits or values; this is not to say that paedophilia isn't accepted and practised in other societies or cultures because that's in fact the case, but not in the way it is in Portugal and Spain. Paedophilia in these countries was "institutionalised" religiously and has thriven throughout centuries under the auspices of monarchical or ultra extremist ideologies of authoritarian regimes such as the fascist Franco dictatorship in the case of Spain, and Salazar in Portugal who ruled with an iron fist from the early 1930s to the late 1960s. These two countries are very similar in almost every way but Spain has a sort of an "upper" over Portugal in various historical and cultural elements, including the Portuguese language which is deep rooted in Galicia, Spain. They share very many "cultural values" amongst which hard core paedophilia holds a prominent preference in their depravity condition which they can disguise well. It is possible that most Anglos don't know these and other facts on the Spanish and Portuguese. I know because I am half Spanish myself.

The Mc Cann family better take heed by realising that they are before extremist individuals who with their warped and radical ideologies related to perversion, and combined with great perverted wickedness, fully intended to abduct Madeleine for the purpose of keeping her permanently and impose whatever type of life --or death-- on her according to their plans. I have and will continue to maintain that unless clear evidence beyond any possible doubt shows the contrary, my strong suspicion will keep pointing at the corrupted Portuguese establishment --including the police-- as the culprit responsible for the abduction of Madeleine Mc Cann and other children on behalf of a perverted elite ruling class. All abductions of children in Portugal were a State crime due to their complicity. I base my suspicion on personal knowledge of the Portuguese and Spanish idiosyncrasies, traditions, bloody history, perverted proclivities, criminal mentality, corruption in all areas, and much more. It is based also on the performance by the Portuguese police since the very moment when they were informed about the disappearance of Madeleine. The Portuguese police deliberately failed to perform regular police duties because they already knew about the crime. They have never really searched for the child since they have known all alone what really happened and why.

If the Mc Canns want their daughter back, they should consider seeking the direct involvement of those who have the means, resources and political clout apparently supporting them in the current hell they are now living. In combination with the investigation by private detectives, plus other police agencies unrelated to Portugal, it is possible to discover the truth and find Madeleine.

II. Statement of Facts

14. On or about September 12, 2004 Joanna Cipriano, a native Portuguese girl disappeared mysteriously in the Portuguese town of Figueira. As a result, Leonor and Joao Cipriano, both native Portuguese, were abruptly arrested, accused of murder, convicted, and sentenced to a long prison term. The body of the supposed murdered victim was never found. Every since their imprisonment, both defendants have denied the murder accusation and maintained conclusively, that their confession was forcibly obtained by extra judicial methods consisting of cruel and savage torture inflicted on them by members of the Policia Judiciaria (PJ) of Portugal, under the leadership of police officials Goncalo Amaral, Paolo Cristovao and other accomplices who now must face a criminal trial for their actions.

Joao Cipriano, one of the defendants in the case, have stated additionally that Joanna was abducted to be "sold" into a paedophile network with connections in Portugal, a country internationally identified as a true paradise for pederast and paedophiles, where they reign with impunity and enjoy the protection of government institutions such as the PJ. Meanwhile, the other defendant in the case, Leonor Cipriano, denounced publicly the vicious beatings and different forms of torture she was a victim of, by PJ personnel during interrogations without the presence of an Attorney or knowledge by the public prosecutor. To show proof of her information and statements, she referred to a photograph published in a newspaper wherein she appears with a very heavily-bruised face almost unrecognisable as a result of the brutal beatings by PJ members during the interrogations.

The only ground in the case the PJ used to form the basis upon which the defendants were accused of murdering Joanna, was an allegation that she saw Joao and Leonor having sex and that to keep it secret and preventing her from divulging it, they killed her. During trail, the defence argued strenuously that the PJ accusation was false, that they did not conducted a thorough investigation of the case, and that the hasty, abrupt manner, and methods by which they proceeded to charge the defendants, appeared to be part of an outside interest unrelated to the nature of the case.

Two

On the night of May 3, 2007 in Praia da Luz, Portugal, British national Madeleine Beth Mc Cann, then age three, was abducted by someone while she was sleeping in a room of an apartment located at the Mark Warner Ocean Club Resort in that town.

In this case, the PJ officers directed by Goncalo Amaral (again) acted similarly as they did in the previous case, that is, by hastily accusing the parents of being responsible for the death of the child, without having any valid evidence to sustain the accusation. There was no formal arrest or trial on the case, but there was an interrogation session and the lodging of a suspect status under Portuguese law against both parents. In addition, the mother of the abducted child was offered a two year prison term "deal" during the interrogation if she falsely admitted killing her daughter. The defendant refused the ridiculous and outrageous "deal" offered by the PJ.

In this case like in others, PJ officials insistently rejected the version that Madeleine was abducted and instead kept accusing her parents of killing the child without any concrete evidence. Like in previous cases, private detectives working to find the child also stated that Madeleine was abducted to be "sold" to rich paedophiles who "buy" children on orders to become their personal property and sex slaves.

The facts in this case related to the modus operandi by the PJ during times when a real investigation and search for the abducted child should have been conducted are overwhelming and point out to official complicity. However, the many details that make up the evidence are technically argumentative and do not belong in this section now, therefor, they will not be included but it may suffice to state that just like in the previous case, the PJ did not really investigated the crime; instead they kept focusing insistently on accusing the parents without any evidence and for unexplained reasons, while invoking a law that provides secrecy during proceedings as the base supporting their refusal to explain their actions.

Three

Before the Joanna Cipriano case in Figueira wherein the PJ accused her family without any real evidence of killing her, three year old Portuguese native Carolina Santos also vanished mysteriously as well, after she was last seen walking away in the company of a man unknown to all neighbours. In that case, the PJ -again- accused the parents of being responsible for her disappearance or unproved death without having any objective evidence. The case did not received much publicity, and the PJ does not even keep any information on the case in their missing persons section at their web site, making it almost impossible to obtain precise information or details on the case. And just like in previous cases, family members of Carolina Santos have said repeatedly that she was abducted by one or more henchman working for rich paedophiles linked to members of the Portuguese officialdom, and taken out of the country to be "sold."

The case of Carolina Santos and the others provide an insight by showing a pattern the PJ has utilised in every child abduction in Portugal, by using the method of not investigating the crime, but instead accusing parents of either killing the abducted child or being part of the disappearance while in the absence of any concrete evidence to support the accusations.

There are other child abduction cases in Portugal with similar characteristics too numerous to mention here and to comply with Rule 47 (d) of the Court requiring statements in this section to be succinct.

III. Statement(s) on the Violation(s) of the Convention and/or

Protocols and Relevant Arguments

15. According to Article 1 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, every contracting State member has the obligation to secure and respect all human rights, including the right of children in their jurisdiction, not to be kidnapped with the direct or indirect aid of any official institution or entity. Article 1-- Obligation to respect human rights read as follows:

"The Contracting Parties shall secure to everyone within their
jurisdiction the rights and freedoms defined in Section 1 of
this Convention"

The corroborative facts outlined in the Statement of Facts section expose an scandalous social reality and corruption in the entire judicial system of Portugal, that allows a traditional heinous criminal activity in that country connected with sexual perversion against children, at the highest social levels of Portuguese society and government. It is a gross violation of the obligation to protect and secure the human right of any children, not to be kidnapped for perverted purposes, within the jurisdiction of the State of Portugal as a Contracting Party according to the Convention's definition. Convention Rule 53 --Safeguard for existing human rights by a Contracting State.

The criminal tradition of paedophilia in Portugal was dramatically exposed recently by the facts surrounding the scandal known as Casa Pia, wherein hundreds of children officially entrusted to the staff, where brutally abused sexually by rape and other depraved acts during a period no less than thirty five years. The subsequent investigations of the evil and horrendous ordeal that destroyed the life of many youngsters, revealed the direct participation of prominent Portuguese elite society members, who acted with impunity under the auspices and protection of the judiciary system -including the PJ- to carry on their perverted criminal activity that is deeply entrenched in the upper class and officialdom of Portugal. It is within this evilly sordid social environment kept subtly yet publicly and widely known but forbidden to criticise or condemn, that well-planned and organised abductions of children for perverse reasons on behalf of very rich and powerful people, are carried out with the knowledge, direct or indirect participation of individuals connected with Portuguese government institutions. These statements are supported by the above-mentioned facts, and the suspicious performance of the PJ in the recent case related to British citizen Madeleine Mc Cann to be explained in detail at an appropriate future opportunity.

The allowable existence of the criminal activity described above is a gross violation of Portugal as a Contracting State, requiring an in-depth and thoroughly exhaustible independent inquiring in order to know the truth behind the abduction of children and their whereabouts, whether they are still alive or dead. The complainant very strongly believes on the basis of the reasons stated above, that the true answers to the many unanswered questions regarding the abduction and disappearance of children in Portugal, can be found within the official structure of its own government and those who work or act on its behalf.

The statements in this section of the Complaint are sufficient to convey the intended message to request the attention of this Court, to an extremely grave reality needing an immediate correction in the Contracting State of Portugal. The life of abducted children and of their families are being destroyed by this extremely evil and criminal activity that must end. Paedophilia in Portugal (and in Spain too) is a "tradition" deeply entrenched in the psyche, that has thrived unchecked for many generations thanks to official condoning, aiding, protection and support, on behalf of a perverted, rich and powerful elite class. The mere existence of this aberrant behaviour in any Contracting State is a violation of fundamental human rights.

V. Statement(s) on the Purpose of this Complaint

19. The main reason for presenting this Complaint is to request this Court to order a thorough independent investigation of the Policia Judiciaria (PJ) of Portugal, on the true reasons for its suspicious and/or ambiguous performance related to the abduction cases mentioned in the Statement of Facts section of this document. Particular attention is requested on the cases related to Joanna Cipriano and Madeleine Mc Cann in view of their characteristics and great similarities.

The other reason is to request the Court to consider the contents and information available at the Internet address http://madeleine-mccann-blog.blogspot.com as part of the documentation pertaining to this Complaint. The reason for this request is that the contents in that Internet address, feature information and names of individuals who should be of interest and concern in the requested investigation process.

Thought you might like to have a look at these reports on todays
news,below, a book that has been written about the case, as posted by
Mathew James..... The report by The Resident ,in Portugal,says
pretty much the same as the uk papers. The Daily mail has a slightly
different story.....and lastly , the news from the Correo da manaha
paper , that broke the story this morning.The translation is a bit
on/off , but you can just about make out what it says.

Attorney general says no decision made on Madeleine case

PORTUGAL'S ATTORNEY general has said no decision as been taken on the
investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.

Fernando Pinto Monteiro said the case continued to be assessed, despite
Portuguese media reports this morning (Tuesday) that police will close
it due to lack of evidence.

Madeleine’s parents Gerry and Kate McCann are both arguidos, or people
of interest to the investigation, along with Briton Robert Murat.

Mr Monteiro said the final report from the Policia Judiciaria (PJ) had
been received by prosecutors, and it "will be the object of careful
analysis and consideration".

He added: "Public prosecutors will proceed to the overall analysis to
determine whether or not other action is necessary or whether the
conditions are sufficient to rule that the investigation be closed and
a final ruling made."

The statement noted that the case remained covered by judicial secrecy
until mid-August.

The Correio da Manha newspaper said on Tuesday that sources within
Portugal's judicial police said they "do not have sufficient evidence
to allow formal charges to be brought against the McCanns in the
disappearance of their daughter".

The Jornal de Noticias said the police did not have enough evidence to
charge either the McCanns or Mr Murat with any wrongdoing. "The police
have not found the guilty," the paper added.

McCann spokesman Clarence Mitchell told the BBC the family was awaiting
confirmation of the latest media reports and if true, the Portuguese
authorities "must lift their arguido status as a priority".

"If they are true, it's to be welcomed that Kate and Gerry are not to
face any charges," he said.

"It's quite right. They are innocent of any involvement in Madeleine's
disappearance. They have suffered enough."

Mr Mitchell said the family wanted to know whether police planned to
stop searching for Madeleine and if so, their information should be
made public so the McCanns could continue their private investigation.

"What happens to all those leads, all those contacts? There are
thousands of pieces of information in those files," he said.

Mr and Mrs McCann are due to go to the High Court on Monday to ask a
judge to order police files on the disappearance of their daughter to
be released.

Robert Murat’s lawyer Francisco Pagarete said he had heard nothing from

Madeleine McCann's parents yesterday demanded their names be cleared
amid reports that Portuguese detectives have ended a 14-month
investigation into her disappearance.

The inquiry has apparently failed to find any evidence to support the
decision to name Kate and Gerry as official suspects, or arguidos.

The McCanns, both 40, hope to be formally exonerated within days.

Clarence Mitchell, the family's spokesman, said: 'They should never

He said officers should hand over the case files so that the McCanns'
private detectives can continue the global hunt for Madeleine.

Three Portuguese newspapers report that police have filed their final
dossier to the public prosecutor.

Fernando Pinto Monteiro, the country's attorney general, confirmed the
prosecutor was making a decision on whether to close the case.

According to anonymous sources, the investigation will be 'archived'
without charges being brought against any of the three named suspects
- the McCanns and Robert Murat, a British ex-pat.

The reports suggest Madeleine's parents will not face charges of
neglect over their decision to leave their three children alone while
they ate dinner at a tapas bar 50 yards from their apartment in Praia
da Luz, Algarve.

The couple have told of their guilt that they were not with Madeleine
and twins Sean and Amelie on the night of May 3 last year when they
believe an abductor struck.

Jornal de Noticias, a respected newspaper, said detectives could not
even find evidence to show whether Madeleine was kidnapped or had died
in the apartment.

The judge overseeing the case is expected to shelve the investigation
without coming to any conclusion.

The case files would then be opened to the suspects' legal teams for
the first time, allowing them to see why they were named as arguidos.

A second paper, Correio da Manha, said police 'did not have sufficient
evidence to allow formal charges to be brought against the McCanns in
the disappearance of their daughter'.

Carlos Pinto de Abreu, a lawyer for the McCanns, said he wanted to
examine the case files 'from the first to the last page' to find any
clues which could have been missed in the police investigation.

He said his clients, both doctors from the village of Rothley in
Leicestershire, remained determined to do everything possible to find
their missing daughter.

Mr Mitchell said the couple's legal team did not expect a formal
decision about their fate until August.

He said: 'The Portuguese prosecutor will make the final decision. Until
we have it officially from him, we won't necessarily believe it to be
true. The search for Madeleine will go on with or without the police's
assistance. Kate and Gerry will never give up the search for their
daughter.'

Mr Mitchell said Portuguese police could have leaked the story to the
newspapers to prepare public opinion there for the end of the case.

The McCanns have been the victims of a series of smears in Portugal,
where a decision to clear them of any involvement in Madeleine's
disappearance would prove unpopular.

Friends of the couple confirmed they were on holiday with the twins.

This will be their first real family break since Madeleine vanished
days before her fourth birthday.

Mr Murat, a 34-year-old property consultant, has refused to speak about
the case until he is officially cleared.

His lawyer Francisco Pagarete said: 'Robert had nothing to do with this
from the beginning and that's what we want to be written.'

Mr Murat has begun a libel action against 11 UK newspapers and a
television station.

Goncalo Amaral says he is 'convinced' Madeleine McCann is dead

The former detective in the Madeleine McCann case has claimed the four-year old is dead.

Goncalo Amaral, 48, said he was convinced Madeleine will not be found alive and said that British officers only chased leads Kate and Gerry McCann wanted following up.

Amaral quit the force and handed over his gun and badge to bosses on Monday evening after 28 years as a police officer. He is now preparing to publish an "explosive" book on the case.

The father-of-three was in charge of the Madeleine investigation for five months before he was kicked off the probe for publicly criticising his British counterparts.

'I am not saying that the English police were under the command of the McCanns, but they were influenced', he said.

'In a way, we were all influenced by the campaign that they organised, according to which the girl was alive and had to be found.'

Amaral was thought to be the source behind many of the stories in Portugal suggesting the McCanns were involved in their daughter's disappearance.

He was also photographed enjoying long boozy lunches while in charge of the country's biggest ever missing persons case.

On his final day as an officer he enjoyed a two-hour lunch in the seaside town of Portimao, newspaper 24 Horas reported.

He later marked his early retirement with a dinner with two police colleagues from Lisbon.

The disgraced former chief has finished writing a book, True Lies, which he plans to publish as soon as a judge lifts a secrecy order surrounding the case.

Amaral told 24 Horas the book "is ready" and said he plans to "carry on working in the area of criminal investigation, perhaps as a consultant."

He added: 'I am proud to have worked with the Judicial Police and to have worked with so many good people and excellent professionals.'

Amaral's book is said to contain "explosive elements" about the police investigation into Madeleine's disappearance.

Amaral was kicked off the case last October 2 after accusing British police of being too close to Gerry and Kate McCann.

He claimed British officers only chased up leads Madeleine's parents wanted following up.

He was also overheard in a cafe accusing Gerry and Kate McCann of accidentally killing their daughter.

He was replaced by current chief investigator Paulo Rebelo.

Strict Portuguese judicial secrecy laws mean the Maddie case files have never been made public.

But attorney general Fernando Jose Pinto Monteiro has said the secrecy will be lifted this month.

As well as being kicked off the Madeleine investigation, he was also removed from his post as head of the Judicial Police in the Algarve town of Portimao and transferred to nearby Faro.

Amaral, who lives in Portimao, is facing trial for allegedly covering up the torture of a woman who was later convicted of killing her daughter in 2004.

He will be tried for allegedly lying about the treatment of Leonor Cipriano following her daughter's disappearance from the village of Figueira near to where Madeleine went missing.

Leonor claims officers beat her into a false confession by punching and kicking her repeatedly, placing plastic plastic bags over her head and forcing her to kneel on glass ashtrays.

Leonor and her brother Joao were subsequently convicted of Joana's murder after a trial and jailed for 16 years.

Amaral is charged with negligence and perjury.

His close friend and former Judicial Police inspector Paulo Cristovao has become a media star in his native Portugal after taking early retirement from the force.

He writes regularly for Portuguese newspapers and magazines and has penned two novels including a fictional account of the Madeleine McCann investigation called The Star of Madeleine.

Fictional officers bring the 180-page novel to a close by staring out at the Atlantic Ocean after a massive land search for Madeleine.

Cristovao is also due to stand trial with Amaral and three other men in the Leonor Cipriano case.

Thanks for sorting out my login problem.

You have worked very hard on locating Madeleine as have other people, The only way I can see for a proper search to be conducted is if the portuguese close this case and let Gerry & Kate get on with finding Madeleine themselves without interuption. I believe thats when people will be able to search freely and the case be open to the public. The other alternative to get you noticed and taken more seriously (by gerry & Kate), is to try and find Ben Needham. Bens case is a longstanding one, and one that has been in the public eye alot since Madeleine went missing. If you could find Ben I could almost guarantee that the authorities will have you in Portugal as soon as was permitted. you said yourself that Ben is alive, so maybe the sooner we can find Ben the sooner you can go and find Madeleine. I know your busy with all the new cases and those that are pending but I think its worth a try and maybe christine could pay a visit to Bens mum and see what she picks up. Dear Brian - This report was in the Daily Telegraph. I feel that the Portuguese police certainly have something to hide, because why on earth would they keep Madeleine's files unobtainable for such a long time if there is no specific evidence in them. It has either been a shambles from day one, or an attempt to cover up their guilt!!

The police investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann has been closed. Detectives have shut their files and referred the case to the public prosecutor for a final decision, local sources confirmed. A lack of evidence has been cited as the reason for the case being shelved. (Daily Telegraph UK Monday 1st July 2008)

It means that Gerry and Kate McCann are likely to be cleared as suspects in their daughter's disappearance, along with British expatriate Robert Murat.

"The police have failed to find those responsible," the respected Portuguese paper Jornal de Noticias daily said.

Clarence Mitchell, the couple's official spokesman, said the McCanns were still waiting for official confirmation of the move.

"We are aware of it because we have heard about it on the grapevine," he said. ‘The team haven't heard officially so we are not in a position to make any comment."

The McCanns' Portuguese lawyer, Carlos Pinto de Abreu, said the news would allow the couple to finally see what evidence, if any, police had that prompted the decision to make them suspects, or arguidos, in the case. He pledged to study the case files "from the first to the last page" to find out.

He said: "I want to be in a position to do what the McCanns always wanted, which is to assure themselves the investigation was properly conducted and continue to look for their daughter."

But a source close to the case said they would be disappointed with the material. "The police report barely outlines the conclusive and non-conclusive facts," he said. "What this means is that it is not conclusive nor does it point in any particular direction - kidnap, murder or the concealment of Madeleine's body."

He said that, unless new evidence emerges, the investigation team will now be disbanded.

"Police will continue to be attentive to any new information that arises once the case has been archived as happens with other missing children," he said. "But the Madeleine McCann case can only be reopened if an important piece of evidence comes to light."

is, or is related to, Goncalo Amarel. A disgraced police officer, under suspicion for torture and or covering up torture of the mother of another missing child, and also accused of negligent police work in relation to Madeleine's case. Now can afford (?) to leave police job. It is claimed he is (unethically and perhaps even illegally (?)) writing a book accusing Madeleien's parents of the death of Madeleine. His drunken lunches and breaking of the secrecy laws, by accusing Madeliene's parents while still working on the case, surely would be a cause for shame in any decent human being and more so if he had pride in his police work. Or does he reflect the state of the police forces in Portugal? If that is the case then justice for anyone in Portugal is getting the short straw. No doubt there are many sincere policemen in Portugal. However it is my experience that any institution that tolerates the behaviour that Amarel is accused of, is basically flawed.

Moving on (or back) to one of my initial 'visions' on the people involved in taking Madeliene I want to remind everyone of this man,

Urs Hans Von Aesch who could fit the bill of one of the men I 'saw' in my vision. The one who dragged Madeleien along the marina to a boat. He was a known paedophile in the area at the time Madeleine disappeared. He had a white van that has never been found.

I want to put this out there again as it feels important that these men are highlighted either because they are involved or because they are very like those involved. There is a new 'revived' search going on by private investigators and it's important to remind everyone of all the clues that seem relevant yet have been discarded without any known reason.

Madeleine and the sacrifice of her family has highlighted this horrendous crime in a way never seen before. When we find Madeleine we will be on the fasttrack to saving all the children and our society.

Here are the links about the breaking story today with the McCanns,
they have been allowed access to 81 files held by Leicester Police!
There are loads of stories and links, about many of the investigations
, which seems to be in the news at the moment...on the McCann files,
there is a link 3/4 of the way down about the Irish man Smith, who gave
different stories in the beggining of the investigation, and was a
witness that the PJ discounted.Mara-gameil/Matt James, has an

police files on the disappearance of their daughter.

Their private investigators will now work with 81 files gathered by
Leicestershire Police in the days immediately after the toddler
vanished.

Today at the High Court, the McCann's lawyers withdrew a bid to force
the disclosure of all the information held by the police force.

Kate and Gerry McCann, both 40, did not attend the High Court hearing.

Sky News crime correspondent Martin Brunt said: "It sounds like a
compromise."

He said Leicestershire Police would now share 81 files - out of some
11,000 different "bits of information" they held on the case.

The parents, who wanted to avoid a legal conflict with the police while
at the same time obtaining as much material as possible to help in
their continuing search, were content to withdraw their case.

Their spokesman Clarence Mitchell, speaking on the steps of the High
Court in London, welcomed the move.

"All of this is important information. We now have 80 new leads for our
investigators to work on," he said.

In court, Mrs Justice Hogg urged anyone with information about
Madeleine to come forward.

"There is, of course, one person who knows what has happened to
Madeleine and where she may be found," the judge said.

"I ponder about that person - whether that person has a heart and might
understand what it must be like for Madeleine to have been taken and
secreted from her parents and siblings and those she loved and felt
secure with.

"I ponder whether that person has a conscience or any feeling of guilt
or remorse or even cares about the hurt that has been caused to an
innocent little girl, and whether that person has a faith or belief and
what explanation or justification they might give to God."

Madeleine was three when she vanished from the family's holiday
apartment in the Portuguese resort of Praia da Luz on May 3 last year.

Mitchell added: "Kate and Gerry very much welcome that a compromise has
been reached.

"This is very good news for the investigation."

PJ was not informed about Leicestershire police decision

PJ “was not informed that the McCann couple would have access to
documents related with the investigation of the disappearance of
Madeleine McCann”, according to a source from the National Direction of
PJ, quoted by Rádio Renascença (RR). The same source told Rádio
Renascença that PJ “has no idea about what kind of documents the McCann
will have access”. Leicestershire Police made an agreement with the
McCann and, according to AFP, the couple “dropped a bid in the British
courts to force disclosure of the information held by Leicestershire
Police in central England where they live.”

Leicestershire Police will release “81 pieces of evidence which relate
to calls from members of the public to police soon after Madeleine
disappeared.” Clarence Mitchell, speaking outside the court, told
journalists that the 81 pieces of information released by
Leicestershire Police will go “to our private investigators, who will
work on it, all as a priority. Anyone of those could unlock the
information that could lead to Madeleine being found."

Thanks for the reply,i was told that another 8 children in g
daughters class has gone down with the chicken pox in the past few days
.......but she is getting better ...thanks.
About this information.... a far as i can find out , the Leicester
Police decided to share 81 pieces of info, rather than ALL the info
with them. They dropped a High Court bid to have all the information in
the files released(maybe because they were told they were to have the
files, not knowing that it would be just a small fraction of the
total),am not sure why they dropped the appeal......i am just supposing
at the moment, until i can find out more, that they thought that they
were going to get much more!Seems a bit carrot and stick , sort of
thing, maybe they are hoping that , by giving them just a taster of
what they have, the Mccann 's and their legal teams, might back off
them? The Police i mean.I am looking forward to the 14th July, when
apparently, the PJ will be forced to decide if they are dropping the
case etc, and they can see all the files the PJ have.
Got my doubts to be honest with you , that anything will come of
that.....there seems to have been many delays with that, and i would
imagine that if the PJ can get the decision delayed again for 3 months
, they will!
I am hoping that soon we will hear something of what is in the files,
so that at least all of us who have steadfastly stuck to this Enigma,
and tried to help find Madeliene, might have something more concrete to

'An overview of the mystery.'

The mystery continues. The worker bees no longer as industrious as they were, still concede their lack of valid insights by providing repetitious reminders from time to time. The walls of the citadel seem locked tight with nothing being leaked out now. The world holds its breath, aware something goes on behind the scenes.

Initial impressions now as attention is drawn once more back into the situation. To recover impressions from the trail, which has apparently gone cold … but, the embers still remain, the possibilities are rekindling can happen.

Turning the inner gaze now to The Shining Star … applying the arts … there is a strong initial impression of a young girl experiencing teething troubles. In the upper mouth, a taste of blood in the mouth and sore gums. A reassuring sense these are impressions from the Earth-plane.

Her current locality is the cause of rhinitis (hay fever like symptoms). An itchy throat and blocked sinus. Runny nose. Irritated with the symptoms. A young child feeling under the weather. Impatient. A feeling too of a slightly swollen gland on the right side of her throat.

The locality feels like a 'safe house' within a neighbourhood community. One of many communities within suburbs of a city. A townhouse with a neat front garden. An olive green door through which the young girl wanders through. Unfamiliar territory but with familiar faces around her. The house appears new. Clean and tidy décor. It's front façade suggests a normal family. But on the inside are numerous examples of expensive technology. But why? This does not feel like 'home' or a 'new home'. It is merely a meeting place to where she has been taken.

A father-figure is the communicator here from 'the other side'. A proud and efficient man. One who demanded respect but earned a reputation. Trustworthy. A sense of blue with the attire he chooses to present himself with. Well built and healthy at the prime of his life before his health deteriorated. I see a proud man now with a yellow/orange handkerchief in the right hand top pocket of his suit. The suit isn't plain. It is striped perhaps blue/grey. He had a distinctive cough? A person of authority. Quite strict with family. Making reference to a member of the family in the spotlight. Driven to the point of despair. Determination and stubbornness for his own good.

Someone it seems here (on the manifest plane?) who enabled the pioneering engineering (?) which someone in the family is very much dedicated to. Very life changing events perhaps 18 months or 2 years prior to 3-5-7. Very controversial circles and implementations. Linked to some very greedy individuals who would care not that a young child is at the centre of it all. Care not of the effect it would have on the young child's family. They see only the financial gain. They see on the potential investment and reputable standing within the inner courts.

There are 'six levels of the open eye' and 'one closed eye' between the sea of emotion (the family ??) and where the Shining Star resides. The shining star's locality is seemingly under observation from eyes in the sky? Is being observed or is known by agencies of the lower eyes. Those of the closed eye are expected to remain silent. They are at the lower levels and their loyalty to the upper levels keeps the trail disjointed. The Maker is aware but stays silent for he is of the lower levels. Even intelligence is aware but is kept silent for that is the instruction they follow.

9 of Crescents is the apparent change in media reporting. Hints of more favourable news on the horizon. Truth or more reflections of the moon? The seas behind the image appear quite choppy once more (I can only interpret that between the 7 and the 9 are these events. Between July & September is a real key time). There are stories prepared in readiness for the nod for their appearance in the papers. But many other stories too … dependant on the mood that the Pied Piper wishes to have portrayed. The User of Weapons is the continued campaign. The representatives of the Flaming Sword fight a worthy opponent for the 'custody' of the young child. It's blow for blow. Wheel of Fortune represents the crucial time/phase which approaches. A deadline to be reached. The progression of a process into the next.

Crucial meetings. The return could be any time but only when sufficient funds have been raised. When it is resolved and a meeting/reunion occurs nobody in the public will be permitted to know or see … it is crucial it is kept hidden as someone mustn't know that it takes place.

Regarding the mark in Madeleine’s eye, described as being positioned at 7o’clock on her right eye (left eye: blue & green; right eye: green with a brown spot/line on the iris).

Looking at Iridologist (study of eye colour/markings) charts, it shows that Madeleine may have, had, or will have, a health problem in the pelvic region, ovaries, abdominal area.

I worked with an English/German girl, that had one blue eye & one green eye, who so unfortunately passed away at such a young age, that actually showed signs of the health problem in her different eye colours & markings.

If Madeleine does have a health problem, I do hope that someone has the knowledge of Iridology & to recognise the problem & to treat it, where ever she is.

If a thorough search with dogs was done by the PJ, then surely they would have found Madeleine by now, as she could not have walked off very far - so I am unsure of this psychics insights.

I have thought though that it was possible that Madeleine just walked out of the unlocked door possibly to look for her parents, & following what Madeleine had asked her parents the night before about why didn’t they come to her when she was crying.

Madeleine may have been familiar with the route to the beach having gone there a few times with the Ocean Club’s Kids club.

UK ex-detective Mark Williams-Thomas (now leading child protection expert) has also mentioned that it was possible that Madeleine just walked out the door.

Remember the former South African police colonel Danie Krugel dubbed The Locator, the man with the special DNA detector and the McCanns gave Madeleine’s hair strands to, he apparently has a 90 per cent success rate in tracing missing people. He gave the PJ a location down at the beach of PDL in July 2007.

This is in the news tonight, about Robert Murat winning a claim for
damages from the UK Media! There is much speculation in the blogs ,
that this means that he has been cleared by the Police.But as i
understand it he is still arguido, and waiting, as are the McCanns, to
hear if they have had the case dropped against them?I have read
somewhere last night, that this will now not be decided for another
month,(AUG) at least!
This past 14 months has been hell, for all concerned,and i wish that
Madeline could be found very soon,and brought home to her familly .As i
wish all the missing children could be found and returned to their

those left behind as well as the children who are missing.Anyone

Do you have anything further on little Maddie? You said in section of cases you are working with Gale, that you have had some more documents worth looking at. Is it more than just the vacuous articles that have been published of late? It feels like everything has reached a standstill and you are her only hope. Have you got anything interesting to tell us?

If possible can you tell me more or less the date when this pic was taken ?
3 guys with a little girl it's ... suspiciouse. One of the guys looks like
Robert Murat... even if the child itself is not Maddie (it seems younger and
smaller to me then Maddie, even if they painted her hair, i don't think it's
Maddie despite the bad quality of the picture) it could be another child
victim of traffic/pedophilia by the same ring/network of pedophilia
operating in Algarve - Portugal. If the picture was taken soon after the
disappearing of Maddie it could even be her...

Why are all my missing person cases public?

The reason for making all my missing person cases public is simple...there is no possible way I can investigate these myself. I add at least one new case a day, 7 days a week with no vacations...this leaves little free time to do individual case work. Making everything public far outweighs working in secrecy...what you get is what I dreamt, nothing more or nothing less. When I post my dream drawing on a case, I usually post a translation too...this translation includes everything I know about the case, nothing is kept from you the reader. As with most people, I do not remember a majority of my dreams, and going back to specific dd's (dream drawings) does not usually bring back anything additional I have not already posted. I am not a psychic and can only work via dreaming or lucid dreaming, so with each request, I literally have to 'sleep on it'. I am not concerned about my dreams not being right, however I am concerned about letting those who can make a difference in solving a case, do so. I have been doing this for several years now, and will continue to do it in a way I know works. I have never charged to open a case, and have no plans on doing so in the future...all work, including work from those helping me is done 100% pro bono. When corresponding about a specific case via email, please assume it will be made public...as always I will try my best to remove personal information of the sender...but mistakes do happen.
