A cure for lowering human blood pressure...this is what I can read.
1) Take a 15 minute steam bath 1X a week. 2) Mediate daily for 15 minutes 3) Eat seaweed 1X a week 4) Crataqus Oxy 2X a week (not sure what that is)

I did a Google seach for this and you just had the spelling wrong for crataegus. Makes sense since it is for the heart and this is about lowering blood pressure.

You did it again. The last ingredient listed is the botanical name Crataegus oxy. Here are some excerpts from the internet. My husband had a stroke in February due to High Blood Pressure, so this information is very important to us! Thank you.
Hawthorn, which has the botanical name Crataegus oxy-cantha, has long been recognized by health authorities in Germany, where many extracts and medicinal preparations use hawthorn alone or in combination with other herbs. Researchers have found that tablets made from hawthorn flowers and leaves significantly reduce blood pressure readings in patients already taking prescribed medicines for diabetes and hypertension. Ok Brian, you successfully did it again! You’ve written a recipe that is already known by herbalists, for use in cases of high blood pressure or for a cardiovascular tonic. That questionable word is Crataegus Oxy. It’s short for Crataegus Oxycantha, which refers to a homeopathic remedy made from Hawthorn berries.
There are long publications on the internet, on the benefits of hawthorn and the homeopathic version, Cratageus Oxy. and some recipes. ~ bonnie w ~
