The major terrorist act that will happen very soon in the US, will be followed by a change in the Patriotic Act 1260 (I think that's the bill #)  The new change, approved by the president will require all citizens to have some sort of identification chip implanted in their arm within 6 months.  This will allow the government to identify everyone at anytime and anywhere, as global positioning is also embedded in the chip.  This will be mandatory for all people in the US, and will be implanted in babies right after they are born.  Also, anyone not having a Social Security Number will be removed (either killed or put in some sort of camp) Something to do with 13:15 (military time), which is 1:15PM...might actually be the time the terrorist attack takes place.  This is the first dream that I remember almost all of, even 10 hours later....on last thing....for some reason I think that God does not want this to happen.  Kind of of strange, especially when I not much a believer in a certain God.

the number 4, as related to the nyc subways would be the number 4 line, on the irt, which runs beneath such places as grand central station, union square, brooklyn bridge/city hall (in manhatten), boro hall/court street (in brooklyn).....

in short it's underneath a number of areas which could be of some 'interest' to terrorists.....  i remember when the mayor made the announcements that there was a 'less than credible' threat being checked out.....

i'd hope that this was one of your few misses rather than a hit....
