Armed robbery, Redcliffe: Around 9:05 pm yesterday a Caucasian male aged approximately 19 years, 175 cm tall, with a slim build and brown hair entered the Video 2000 store on Portwood Street, Redcliffe and threatened the female attendant with a knife while demanding money. The man, who was wearing a balaclava, left the shop with a sum of cash and ran down the street before getting into the passenger side of a vehicle, possibly a white Holden Commodore. The offender was pursued by the manager as he attempted to make his exit from the store. She received a blow to the side of her head, but did not require treatment.
