I have yet to uncover the flight number or call numbers of this Cessna 303. 

November 14, 2006--Four employees of a Des Moines-based marketing group are dead after their small plane crashed last night in northern Indiana.  The crash also killed the pilot of the plane.

A senior executive with Two Rivers Marketing confirms that four of its employees were killed in the crash.  They had been in South Bend, Indiana on a one day business trip.  The company identifies the crash victims as 41-year-old Tom Dunphy of Clive, 31-year-old Eric Jacobs of Ankeny, 27-year-old Leslie O'Bannon of Des Moines, and 23-year-old Josh Trainor also of Des Moines. The pilot of the plane has been identified as John M. "Mitch" Trewet of Atlantic, Iowa.

The crash happened in the northern part of the Hoosier state, in rural eastern La Porte County. Investigators have been on the scene overnight.  Air traffic controllers say they lost contact with the plane shortly after it took off from the South Bend Regional Airport about 8:00 last night.

The FAA says the aircraft was destroyed.  FAA records show the plane was registered to CPRT investment incorporated of Atlantic

The Cessna 303 went down in a cornfield in the area of county roads 200 North and 925 East.
