Brian do you put the apple cider in a glass of water? Edgar Cayce said to drink a glass of warn water every am not cold.

Try putting the tbs of apple cider vinegar in a cup of hot water with some honey.

Brian, its 1 tble vinigar and 1 tble honey-vinigar is akaline producing in body if you want to heal you need to be akaline. Honey also has wonderful health producing qualities, mix in water
