The facility is located and is owned and operated by AmerGen Energy. It is the oldest operating commercial power plant in the United States. AmerGen Energy and its owner, Exelon, are currently seeking a license renewal to operate for another 20 years. A coalition of 6 local and national community advocacy groups [1] are challenging this renewal because of concerns over severe corroding of critical safety components. Governor of New Jersey Jon Corzine has publicly stated that this plant should not be relicensed for public safety reasons as published in the Asbury Park Press.^[1]

Brian, If you put Oyster Creek into a Google image search you get the picture you have posted which resembles your original dream drawing.
If you actually read the article ... the picture is not Oyster Creek but of another Power Plant .... called Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant. Why do you think your dream said Oyster and the image is not that site but can be found on a google image search linking to a general article about nuclear power plants
