Triangle-Shaped UFOs May Herald New Wave of Foreign Investment
A young man from Pécs claims to have seen a pair of UFOs flying over the city last Saturday, reports szinesbulvarlap.hu. The police, doing their job properly for a change, didn't take Zsolt Varga seriously, but Hungarian UFO "researchers" are excited. "My breathing stopped when I saw the two, triangle-shaped UFOs flying slowly over downtown Pécs," said Varga, breathlessly. "If I hadn't seen them with my own eyes, I wouldn't believe it." We’re a bit skeptical, too, Zsolt, especially as none of Pécs's 200,000 other residents reported anything odd.
Varga insists that he got a good look at the alien spaceships. "I noticed two triangle-shaped craft, approximately the size of a room, flying over noiselessly from my car at around 6:15 p.m. Their color was grayish white, and they had pulsating white and red lights on the tips."
Varga stopped his car immediately, and phoned the police. After listening to his account, the policeman on duty hung up on Varga, and his subsequent calls went unanswered. Police in southern Hungary may have had enough by now of people named Varga reporting encounters with aliens. Though at least this time there was no talk of molestation.
Varga also notified the Hungarian UFO research center. "We never before received such a solid description," said Endre Kriston, the director of the research center, who clearly has a loose definition of "solid." "If this is true, then this is exceptional." According to Kriston, triangle-shaped UFOs haven't been sighted since the early 1990's. Why the delay?
