A cure for depression, and also states that depression is not in the mind, but the soul. To make this work, eat 1 orange, 1 banana, 1/4 cup of cashew nuts and 1/8 cup of pistachios nuts everyday. Does not matter at what time you eat these, but all must be consumed in one day. Also says to take 1 tablespoon of beef juice every day as well.

Hi Edie, it might be, but I have had a dream about beef juice, and it's for real.

What about us allergic to nuts and seeds, do you have a alternative. Nuts and seeds are the No. 1 allergy. I could die if I eat nuts and I actually think I could benefit from a depression cure. Will you check on this, is there away around the nuts?

Hi Jan, I'm sorry but I do not know, it was a dream...however I can try to have a similar one...might sound crazy, but I will sleep with this DD under my pillow.

I agree this may be true. Would like to see all of your material referencing the soul in or under one area or topic, if you have not already done this. I think anything you have to say on the soul through your dreams is probably significant. I encourage you to do more directed dream work with soul material.
