It looks to me like this announcement could be to do with solar power with the three little suns on what looks like a roof.  The red, white and blue could represent the colours of the US flag, the UK flag or even others.  No idea what the three sixes might represent, although it might represent ‘wholeness’, ie wholeness of the world.  6 + 6 + 6 = 18.  1 + 8 = 9.  9 is a whole number – in fact it is the only whole number there is.  In case you’re not aware of this magical number, you can add them together (ie 9 + 9 + 9 = 27.  2 + 7 = 9), you can multiply them, subtract them, and the end number would always end in ‘9’.  You can’t do this with any other number!  I don’t have a clue as yet on the other numbers but hope this might help.

Hi Brian,
I think this dream pertains to the New World Order. There are secret societies (Illuminati) who control the world using a pyramidal structure, where knowledge is concentrated at the top, among the few. They want to impose a one-world government and microchip everyone. You will have to be chipped to be able to buy or sell, which sounds like 666 the mark of the beast in the bible. As for 322, if you look into Skull & Bones, the secret society Bush and others are in, their logo has a 322 in it. Look into this, it is not conspiracy 'theory".
