"anti ageing tea, stop, EC, apple cider, Brain"...this is for me.

December 28th, 2007: You may or may not know that during that past three days I made a promise to my readers that I will add 5 news missing person request a day until all requests have been completed.  What you may not know that most of this work happens not in dreams, but lucid dreams.  I generally do this when I first wake up in the morning, as I find this time easiest for me.  Generally it takes about an hour to complete a lucid reading, but it only seems like a few minutes to me...and I do sometimes remember what I see and more importantly feel.  Lucid dreams are easy for me to do, but they tend not me as accurate as my nightly dreams...most of which I have no memory of...sort of a trade off.

Anyway, got off track...when I walked into my kitchen today my head started pounding and slowly over the next few hours I started to get body aches and I could actually feel my body temperature elevate.  I used one of those digital thermometers and if it was reading correct, I had a temperature of 104.8!  Ironically, I was actually starting to laugh at the results...like I was loosing my mind.

Without health insurance, I have learned my lesson not to visit a hospital, so  I decided to take a cold bath, and it did seem to help a little bit, but then I got chills are turned the water to hot...when I got too hot, I switched the water to cold again.  I repented this cycle about 4 times and wasted plenty of water...when I got out I checked my temperature again and it was 103.8...a little change, but not that much.

Anyway, I decided I needed to go back to work...my website job that is...as I posted my three dreams from last night, I came upon this one.  It mentioned something about my anti ageing tea dream I had some time ago...I used to drink it all the time and never got sick...but about a month ago I stopped drinking it.  Not sure why, but I think many pressures I was under at the time made me not want to waste the time and make it every morning...when in reality...it's exactly what I needed.   Anyway, I got my old recipe out and made myself a cup of tea.  Guess what?  In less than 20 minutes my body aches were totally gone and my temperature had dropped to 99.1!  Its been 4 hours now since I had just one cup...so I decided to make another one and take a pic for you....I actually feel wonderful and now will be able to hopefully finish most of my website work! 

The DD's over the past year or so about this tea says it can not only slow the ageing process, but fix just about anything that's wrong with you.  Not sure about the anti-ageing part, but it does cure the flu, or whatever I had...in 20 minutes!  Thant's all, I just wanted to share this happy time with you...Brian :)

December 29th, 2007: It's now a day later and my flu symptoms did not come back...I ready to work, and just made another cup of tea :)

Years ago I read a whole book (in Russian, translated from English, 
don't remember the author) about the amazing benefits of apple cider 
vinegar.
It described using apple cider vinegar for bringing down fever (you 
are living proof how well it works!), for weight loss, for 
detoxifying the body, and for acute (even life-threatening) food 
poisoning.
I actually tried drinking it, and could not stand the taste. If I 
ever have food poisoning, though, I will take it :)

Hi, yes I am...it does work, and putting it into the tea seems to lesson the taste.
