I live in Reno, NV and I went and searched this area today.  There is a storage unit at the end of runway 25 named EMIGRANT Storage.  In the yard is a white truck with a logo of a "face" on it.  It is a "Mothers" truck.  Could it be a truck and not a storage container?  There is a house on the premisis as well as two male tenants that live above the office all with a direct view of this truck.  No G-9 that I could find though.  If there is anything else I can do or that you come up with, please advise and I will LOOK!!

    Not really sure if this would help, but it brought back a very scary man and a very scary night from my childhood:

 

    The PIC that young drew for the Brianna Dension case. The eyes and the face, S*IT man. I remember this strange man when I was a little boy.  This man that me, my dad and my newborn sister were with was at this runway/hangar.  The aerial photograph shows what looks like a Golf Course(in 1988 was not there).  Also in the middle of the pic, there looks like to be a Storage(that wasn't there either, but let me get to the point:

 

    1988(We moved into our new house in '87 and my sister was already born): We we're all seeing my mom off, she was going to Elko, NV. Anyway, Those eyes, I remember.  I remember this guy's eyes and the way he looked at me. He even looked at my sister(remember, she was a newborn) in an odd way, but the way he looked at me, scared me. When I saw this pic, I had to go to the other side of my room.  For a 25-Year old man, I have never been this scared by anything, yet this pic did just that, it scared the shift out of me.

 

    Those eyes are recognizably creepy. This PIC is really bringing my past back to full frontal view.     Now, After we(me and my dad, with my newborn sister) saw our mom off, of course, we went home. Not sure if it was that night, or later in the week(at night), but I did some more RVing(if that is correct term) into my past, and I saw little me trying to sleep. My bedroom was the exact way I remember it. The desk, the Astronomy Wallpaper, the windows. Now, The windows in my room were about 10-12 feet away from my bed.  These windows were big for the kind of house we lived in, but in this RV, I saw a shadow walk by my bedroom window. This shadow was a man, but he never did look into my room, it was as if he was pacing, trying to think about something. After I saw this shadow, I looked at little me, he(or me) was wide-eyed after what he saw. After little me saw this shadow, he went to hop out of bed until he saw another shadow, that shadow was where I(2008 me) is/was standing. After little me saw this other shadow, he hopped back into bed.

 

    When I broke out of this RV trance I was in, it all came back: I remember seeing the shadow walk by my window, and I remember seeing this other shadow, or ghost, maybe, by the door. This other shadow, for some reason, made me feel safe. I remember closing my eyes, then opening them, the other shadow by the door was gone.  Why is that? The only thing I can think of is because since I was a little kid, I believed in ghosts? And especially with little kids, little kids are very open to their environment. Did little me, see the ghost/shadow of 2008 me? I didn't even know that was possible.

    Is it possible that this shadow I remember seeing in my window is Al?  I should also mention that my window faced the backyard.  We had a gate, with no lock though.  If you want the address: 5119 Driftstone Ave.  I haven't been back to that house or neighborhood since either 2000 or 2001

 

    They say the man that took Denison was in his early 30's, but the man I remember seeing as a little boy, matched your sketch(the little details, like the earring and cut ear, though, I can't remember).  If this is the same man, he'd have to be the same age as my mom probably or at least in his late 30's to early 40's.

 

   This pic is going to give me some serious nightmares, man.
