Dear Brian, I am also lost for words.
I am just hoping this is a premonition rather then something that has already happened. I guess we are all trying to hold on to her in the hope that she will be found....
I am writing to point out the date on your dd's below (dd6690 & 6910) and hoping that it means we have till the 5th september to find her? Particularly as you have written this date twice in two separate dd's and so perhaps, just perhaps, we still have some time..?.
What is odd is that two dd's look very similar. The same box thing? Or perhaps the same old bsement 217 has come up again. i have only glanced at these and made these connections - i think some more work could be done on this. I wish we had some kind of breakthrough with 217 it would help so much. I think it is also madenng that the water tunnel reference comes up yet again.
Is murat is p da luz or UK at the moment i wonder?
Anyway, I am trying to remain optimistic and I think we should not give up just yet.

Regarding your DD6910, it looks like you have drawn a shipping box/chest with 2 latches either side of the lid & a green tag/label.

The date you have written 5/9/2008 would be your American style date being 9^th May 2008. Shipping date on green tag perhaps?

Your nbrs 3626? 8434 must be coordinates. Praia da Luz is around 3705 8434. So that puts your positioning 3626? 8434 directly south – out to sea! So Madeleine could possibly on a boat/ship inside this box/chest? Or in the deep sea?

The SCF001 could be a shipping nbr or part nbr, but what stood out for me is that you also wrote ‘chest hurts’ and ‘free’ and also ‘FF’.

I found a make of chest freezer with the product nbr Swan SCF001 Chest Freezer - Freestanding – Height 85cm, Width 55cm - Capacity:98 Litres - Energy Efficiency:A - Energy Consumption per Year:219 KWh – without frost-free system.

Is it possible that it is a chest freezer that you have drawn? ‘FF’ cant stand for fridge freezer because its a chest freezer, so Ive no idea what the FF stands for.
