Just a 'heads up'.... the first thing that caught my eye was the "golden arches" type "M" in the drawing... was the car you 'saw' white in color?

McDonald's had a "Speed Racer" collection of toys in their Happy Meals in May-June of this year... one was a white race car with a red stylized "M" on the hood.

Not sure what everything else means (except maybe it's concerning a child named Tyler S.??  Maybe something happens 2 miles from his school??), but McDonalds put Speed Racer toys in their happy meals earlier this year.  I think that's what the "M Speed Racer" thing is.
