Four people have died thus far, flooding in Puerto Rico from a tropical storm developing.  It's been 23 days since this DD that specified "23 days to go" and "watch the water".

Is this it, do you think?  The article also says that they are expecting another 12 or more inches - which will maybe cause even more deaths?
