If you know someone named David, please tell him to be careful when crossing a road, or when driving for the next several days, a school bus will crash and kill 2 people in other vehicles, I do not think any kids will be killed. I think the crash will take place next to the Statue of Liberty?

I found the proof of your DD728...at least in a sense. This recap is from a national law firm website, but since they do not show what town or state this accident took place in, I am having trouble finding the original newspaper article. I also do not have the visual on your drawing so I do not know if there are more facts to go by. According to this lawsuit there was a David and he was killed along with another fellow. The bus maker was Liberty which is why you thought it was the 'Statue of Liberty'. Don't know where else to look for more info. Sorry.

Following a road accident involving a Liberty school bus, a lawsuit has been filed against the school district citing wrongful death. The lawsuit has been filed by the family of David Gleason, a 53-year-old man that was killed as a result of the tragic accident.

The accident occurred on May 9th at a busy intersection, where two vehicles were struck by the bus. Both drivers of the two vehicles were killed in the crash, Mr. Gleason being one of them. Over 20 of the children on the bus were injured as a result of the accident.

The wrongful death lawsuit is being filed against a number of parties, in addition to the school district. Other parties named on the lawsuit include the bus driver, the company that made the bus, and company that makes and provides parts for the bus, and the company that carries out maintenance work on the vehicle.

The bus driver has already stated that she thinks the air brakes on the bus failed, and claims that she was unable to stop the bus. Documents are also allegedly in circulation that claim the bus had a history of electrical problems.
