Vet Sues Michael Jackson for Unpaid Bills
SANTA MARIA, Calif. - Michael Jackson is being sued for unpaid bills by the veterinarian who tends to his menagerie of exotic animals at the Neverland Valley Ranch, the estate Jackson has not occupied since he was acquitted of child molestation charges last June.
The singer has been living in Bahrain. But the suit against him was filed in Santa Maria, the city where he stood trial last year.
The plaintiff, Martin Dinnes, owner of Dinnes Memorial Veterinary Hospital in Santa Clarita, alleges that Jackson owes $91,602 in veterinary bills. His lawyer, Brenton Horner, said Dinnes helped the singer acquire animals for his zoo including flamingos, giraffes, elephants and orangutans. Dinnes continues to treat the animals on a regular basis, the attorney said.
"He filed this (lawsuit) with great reluctance," Horner told the Santa Maria Times. "He has a lot of admiration for Michael. This is just a business matter."
A hearing was set for May 2.
Jackson lawyer Thomas Mesereau Jr., who now handles all of Jackson's litigation, said, "I have not seen the complaint and cannot comment until we evaluate the situation."

(Jan 12) -- TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed by a man who claims Michael Jackson molested him, gave him drugs, alcohol and forced him to undergo unnecessary cosmetic surgery.

 
The plaintiff in this bizarre suit, claims Jackson "repeatedly and forcefully" sexually molested him from 1987 (when he was two years old) until, "on or about December 21, 1999," at locations that were "owned, leased or rented by defendants." Other defendants in the case include various divisions of Sony Music (Jackson's label). The plaintiff accuses Sony of conspiring with Jackson and allowing the alleged acts to occur.

 
The suit claims the molestation includes "Michael Jackson sticking his tongue down plaintiff's throat, masturbating plaintiff, and anally penetrating plaintiff by force."

The suit, filed in Orange County Superior Court, claims the plaintiff, now 20 years old, has suffered "severe mental and emotional distress, anguish, anxiety, fear, discomfort, psychological maladjustment, anger and grief..." The man claims he has undergone medical and psychiatric treatment as a result of the alleged misdeeds.

 
The plaintiff claims Jackson committed a battery by giving him "drugs and alcohol, subjecting plaintiff to unnecessary cosmetic surgery procedures, striking plaintiff, burning plaintiff, torturing plaintiff, and beating plaintiff..." The lawsuit also claims, "on or about December 21, 1999, Jackson beat his mother." The December 21 date is when all of the alleged misconduct stopped.

 
Finally, the lawsuit claims Jackson and Sony stole the plaintiff's song ideas and lyrics.

 
Lisa Mattern, a lawyer for the plaintiff, told TMZ that the boy's father knew Michael Jackson even before his son was born. For a time, the father booked entertainers, including psychics, for parties at Neverland. Mattern says her client's dad would take the boy to Neverland. Eventually, she says, the boy began travelling extensively with Jackson. Mattern says her client has photos to prove he was frequently with the singer. Matern says on December 21, 1999, there was an explosive confrontation between Jackson and her client's mother. She says during that confrontation, Jackson physically attacked the mom.

 
Jackson was acquitted on criminal charges of child molestation last year. Jackson's lawyer Tom Mesereau told TMZ: "The charges are ridiculous on their face. They will be vigorously defended."

We imagine Ms. Bain rose to her current, influential position as Jackson's chief spokesperson and confidante as a direct result of being the only candidate who was capable of delivering a steady stream of her employer's insane missives without breaking up into hysterical fits of breath-inhibitive laughter. Still, it's difficult to say this early on whether Jackson is a legitimate fraud victim, or if he is just letting his paranoid, self-actuating fantasies get the better of him. You were right. CNN is reporting that the LAPD is just short of classifying it as a homicide. It looks like they are being extra careful not to screw this one up and let another O-J run free. A few more days and we will probably see the headlines as prediceted.

In your drawings you mention someone named Marc. What about Marc Schaffel. He has a connection to Debbie Rowe and Dr. Klein. Also Michael sued him in 2005 or 2006. There is a video on you tube. In the deposition video Michael Jackson says Marc didn't tell him he was a pornographer and he was pissed about it and didn't want to have anything to do with him. The weird thing was that I saw Marc on the early morning show not too long after MJ died talking like he and Michael were friends. I thought it was weird in light of the fact that Michael tried to sue him.

Brian I've always believed Michael Jackson to be an innocent man. A person can't fake what MJ did for children. He gave away most of his money to children. It's weird that picture you drew looks like Marc Schaffel. I am freaking out. I hope MJ is exonerated.

The accuser’s father was a dentist, Evan Roberts Charmatz (changed to CHANDLER);  CHANLDER was said to be jealous of Michael Jackson’s relationship with his son because of his fame and wealth.  CHANDLER wanted Michael Jackson to help him with his dream of screen writing in Hollywood.  He was a lousy dentist.
 
He hired a scumbag lawyer named Barry ROTHMAN;  ROTHMAN used a psychiatrist. Dr. Mathis ABRAMS to know how a father could report child abuse without liability to the parents. The boy never accused MJ of any molestation until after having dental work.

The GQ article says that CHANDLER collaborated with a dental anesthesiologist Mark TORBINER and they did  dental work on CHANDLER’s son. 

They injected intravenously a hypnotic drug sodium Amytal to pull a tooth.  This is reported as being highly unusual since such a dangerous procedure requires resuscitation equipment. And it is documented that this drug Amytal had previously been used in a child molestation case for the purpose of reinforcing false memories.   Curiously enough, following the dental work the child became an accuser and convinced people he was telling the truth due to the detailed description of the sexual acts.

TORBINER, the anesthesiologist, had originally introduced CHANDLER to ROTHMAN the scumbag lawyer.

It just so happens that TORBINER makes house calls (morphine, Demerol injections), to  patients’ homes.  He also travels to dental offices to administer anesthesia.

TORBINER being experienced with anesthesia would therefore know how to plan to murder Michael Jackson with Diprivan.

As for motive from a greedy organized group….it was a British industrialist who was outbid by Michael Jackson on the famous Beatles catalogue. The catalogue's worth has jumped considerably since MJ purchased it.  The catalogue also contained country and western music.  For example, Dolly Parton has to pay MJ for the right to play her own music!!   

What’s important to note is that Sony would be in a position to buy the catalogue back if MJ entered a state of financial turmoil;  you can see why MJ probably had to do the concerts – he was backed into a corner by some very powerful people and he had to agree to do some shows. I think he was trying to save his legacy, his family's future.

He hadn’t agreed to do the 50 shows though. People on the internet swear they saw a video clip (which has mysteriously disappeared) in which MJ, standing outside Burbank rehearsal studio, says he went to bed knowing he was doing ten shows and woke up the next day to learn he was doing 50.  He said he was not happy about it since he was so thin and that he would have to eat a lot more to put on more weight.
   
 It must have been turmoil at the psychic or mental level for Michael Jackson.  Years before he has been quoted saying he wouldn’t go on tour anymore.  This is a man who had been on perpetual tour for nearly most of his life.  Especially before music videos and internet existed, he and the Jacksons had to travel around constantly in order to get themselves known to the public. 

He was a perfectionist and during his huge tours - his multimillion dollar shows - he would forget to eat and drink. He would get so caught up in his work. The doctors had to put him on a IV drip and since then recommended he didn’t tour anymore.  He was quoted as saying he would never go on tour again because it would kill him. 

Whatever the circumstances were around Michael Jackson’s death, it sure looks like someone was getting revenge – If so, I think they couldn’t bear to see MJ’s successful comeback. The world was greeting him with open arms.  They hadn’t succeeded in ruining him.  He was a very strong man and many did not forgot his artistry.

As for suicide or accidental drug overdoes, MESEREAU MJ’s lawyer for the second child molestation trial is on youtube saying that during the 5 months of the trial he sat with MJ in the courthouse 5 days per week and never saw any sign of drug use.  He said Michael was conscious, lucid, articulate.  He also said Michael would never have wanted to die.  He loved his children too much.  He would never have wanted to leave them. 

The stories of MJ being on drugs just doesn’t fit with the other stories of him being fit and ready to do a show.  It’s hard to know the truth.  Some people (fans) have written on the web saying they got up close to him and found him anorexic.  Certain people were very concerned for his health.  Joe Jackson and others claim they couldn’t get near him.  He was being controlled toward the end.

I think he didn’t want to do the 50 shows and when disputes about that came up it was easier to kill him than to let him cancel the extra shows that he didn’t agree to.

In any case there certainly is motive for murder...follow the money.

There is a pic. that you drew (not on this page,it is another page) of a man wearing glasses and a beard. If you look and go find pics of the Rabbi that Michael hung around, that drawing looks just likje that Rabbi (if he is a Rabbi). He was on Larry King last night and i swear he looks just like that drawing. I think they are all involved in it and there is one that has the letter "J". From the time the world heard Michael had passed i have had a gut feeling that some-one in his famiy is involved somehow-someway. Can't prove it or put my finger on it,just a gut feeling. I think it has alot to do with the money. Because if the family knew his problem,why didn't they contact the proper people to get him help? They could have went to the law told them what was going on and they could have looked into and maybe this would not have happened.
