Let us not forget that Satan and his minions of fallen-angels knows as demons are able to come to us in our dreams, much just like righteous angels whom follow God may also come to us in our dreams. This could be Satan broadcasting a dream to your mind and telling you that you must not refuse to take the Mark Of The Beast of something in your hand, which is directly from the Revelation of John, although I don't believe (although I used to) that the Mark Of The Beast is a physical mark, but rather a spiritual mark. What is God's seal, or God's mark if you will ? The keeping of God's Sabbaths is the spiritual mark upon God's people (although there is much more to following God than just His Sabbath days).
So thus then, what would be the Mark Of The Beast ? The Mark Of The Beast would be the opposite of God's mark, and since God's mark is the keeping of God's Sabbaths, then the Mark Of The Beast would be spiritually and willfully taken by anybody and everybody whom does not keep God's Sabbaths, which is most of the World including most of Christianity. Now, as the 7 Thunders continue to rumble more and more loudly, and as the 7 Trumpets of Revelation continue to be blown, more and more people will come more and more into the light of the truths of God. Unlike what most Christians believe, you are not automatically lost upon taking this mark because most people already have this mark right now anyhow, but they can lose this mark if they begin keeping God's Sabbaths.
But however, Satan is so very deceptive anyhow, so he would want us to believe that this mark is a physical mark and that we need to receive this mark, hence why your dream is saying that it would be an honor to have this mark in your hand, so thus, this dream would not have come from God because he would not be trying to be leading you astray like this. I believe that Satan is trying to get you to follow him, and I know that you are striving to follow God so please please do not give in to this demon.
I had a recent experience whereby I was talking to somebody about the truths of God, and even though he was striking down many of the thingz which I was saying because he felt and believed differently, but then however, within the very next 1 day, my friend told me that an angel of light had come to him and that this angel was offering him everything he could ever possibly want, the glitz, the glamour, the fame, the fortune, the money, anything and everything that he could ever possibly desire from out of his life, which made him realize that this was Satan. Demons always come to people as angels of light, as they are very much indeed angels, so my friend realized that Satan had come to him as an angel of light to attempt to lead him astray away from God, and this made his faith in God so very much stronger.
There are other things about the Bible that I could impart to anybody on here that is intrigued by what I'm saying, things that might inspired you to have a new outlook on what God's purpose and plan for mankind is, because to know what those things are will leave you with this fire, this great flame, burning inside you because you become zealously on-fire for God's way of life because you see the very purpose of it, instead of just "going through the motions" of it. You see, God wants us to CHOOSE his ways of living life and for the right reasons, because he does not want us choosing his ways just because we wanna be saved, or just because he commands it of us, but he wants us to choose his ways because we desire His ways of living life out of realizing that they are the only ways of achieving lasting peace and prosperity, and we have been given this 6,000-year witness of our physical human lives to prove the very fact that only God's ways can produce lasting peace and prosperity, and we now have the very proof that shows to us that the ways of mankind have just never ever worked. God even says that mankind does not know the way to peace, and boy is that ever so very true.
