Hanging dream this morning. Urgh!

Horrible.

Woke this morning to a short 'dream' remnant of seeing someone having a noose put around their neck,...followed a minute or two later by the blood curdling sounds of someone presumably being hanged. Ive never once had a dream like this before. I dont tend to have nice dream eg. theyre rarely set in relaxed or dreamy soft locations, thye're usually like reading a science book compared to a fictional novel; often full of detail. I assume that we have these to remind us of things long forgotten from past lives. I worry about this as it tends to make me think that each life can be something of a punishment for a previous one..but you dont even get to know this until you've lived a life where you cant even actively try to make amends for past wrongs?

Anyway, horrible episode. A memory (if that) which I'd prefer to forget now. I just dont get it though, why show people such horrific things but not show us enough to understand it??? Anyone got a theory?

No offence intended by this but if I knew more I'd def  have written it here. :-)

I have no idea when this event took place no even if I was seeing someone else being hanged or seeing myself being hanged from an outsiders perspective because I do believe that happens sometimes. Previously I'd had a v. unusual dream of being on a ship in high seas and got the impression of having been trying to reach someone? when the sea came hammering across the deck. That was a very short 'flash' of dream experience and for someone who in this life is scared of the sea, quite unnerving!
Recently Ive been given reason to research the Saltee Islands off the southerb coats of Ireland and the reading has led me to believe that I was in past life -
a pirate! OMG. Not only that but Im fairly sure that I'm going to be instrumental within a year or so in finding the lost Irish Crown Jewels. This would prove the fact of reincarnation of course but I think it will also prove that God has a truly wicked sense of humour and loves a good bit of irony...
