Hawaii National Guard on stand by.
All city and county roads in evacuation areas are now closed.
Police are traveling up and down roads to warn people.
Too many roads to barricade off.
Gov. Lingle saying she may turn off power to prevent a huge sewage problem.
If the salt water gets into the system it could be 2-3 weeks outage.
Low tides this morning. -0.12 ft - Normal for this time of year says the weatherman.
Expect multiple waves. The first wave could be nothing but more waves will come in 6-10 hours.
