Tsunami wave hit buoy 170 feet off coast of Honolulu.

Maui reported water is receding.

Continuing on Hilo Bay from last post.
Water is moving fast out of the bay. Water is brown. Ocean is going backwards.
Flow is receding. Very drastic. Brown water.

Whales are acting erratically.

4th time the water has been sucked out- 12:11pm

In Waikiki - Ala Wai Canal is flooding. There is Waikiki Beach, Downtown Waikiki and then the canal. Waikiki sits between the ocean and the canal.

Honolulu streets are clear. Great media coverage on the Tsunami warnings and people are following directions. Except there was one guy walking on the reef. Officials told him to get out.  He's out but the news cameras were following him in the ocean.

Tidal surge and tidal changes on Oahu.

In Kahalui, Maui- big tidal changes. Fish are out of the water just lying with the rocks and sand.

Tsunami Center in lock down.

Waves are closer together.
The first wave moved past beyond Kauai.

Tsunami Warnings will not be called off for another hour. 12:32pm
Center still tracking and monitoring.

Signing off for a while. 12:37pm HST.
