DD7962 Re Explosion Here 2nd March

Seems right.  The explosion date was correct and the political significance of the event is important, but what to make of the numbers, like circled 1 and 4, 48001314 and 2411...or is that 2941?

Interesting...in the following video relating to the Guardian article, there is the burning car.  And then, towards the end of the video, it pans out, there is the road, and curb-but another back space-or section of ashphalt still further to the left, which does not appear to be a road.  Maybe a bike pathway, but it fits with Brians swishy strokes to the left of the drawing indicating another blacktop area.
