I wanted to say I'm now addicted to your site!! You have an amazing gift and I think it is wonderful that you are willing to help so many people. I wrote you an email last week about the murder of Scott Ponder and three others that worked with him in his Superbike Motorsports Shop. I forgot to mention to please not post my name or email b/c I live maybe 2 miles from where it happened (if even) and I own my own photography business so people would easily be able to look me up. I started getting psychic visions and having dreams about 1 1/2 years ago. I guess I've always had little things happen but it seems something was turned on a little more last year. I've read a lot about psychic phenomena during this time and I also test myself with cards and stuff just for practice. It's just hard because there is not a lot of people I can discuss these things with. What I find fascinating is either boring or insane to others and I'm sure you know what I mean. I live in the bible belt so I think it's that much harder here. My husband and family totally believe me b/c they have seen proof. My brother who is 2 years older than me also has psychic dreams and just knows things too. Unfortunately he drowns his out with sleeping pills and stuff b/c I guess he can't handle it.

I saw on your site that you read a lot of books on learning how to meditate and stuff. If there is anything that you can recommend me reading or trying I would love to hear it! I try to meditate but honestly after running my own photography studio and taking care of our 2 young kids I usually fall asleep and of course then I can't remember a thing! I would love to learn from you so that I can get better at turning this on at my will. I saw that you are interested in photography so I would be happy to help you out with anything photography related if you're interested! Back to the original subject I would love to see if you can pick up anything from this case. I've seen a few things but who knows if it's accurate yet. It would be interesting if any of ours matches though!

Hi, I can do this for you, please give me a week or so to get it done.

When your meditation, sleep should not be an issue...you may want to try a different posture...even standing up works.

I do not have any recommendations as to where you can learn this, as I basically took a little information from many sources, and the rest I learned on my own...and I'm still learning.   You may want to see if there are any Buddhist Temples or teachers in the area, if you have not already.
