Hi Brian,

I checked the most recent statement given by the tow truck driver.

He stated nose in, next to dumpster.

I know he has a statement in the first set, but those are not separated like the ones this week.

In this statement, he says since it was front-wheel drive, he checked to see if it was unlocked, so he could put it in neutral to hook it, but it was locked.

He did state he noticed the car seat and thought that was "irresponsible" to leave behind, with the seat being for a young child.

He also states he was coming off of a cold, so he could not smell things very well, and did not notice a smell.  With the cold, he doesn't think he would have noticed it.

If you want me to search the first statement he made to LE, I will.  I don't mind searching the first set of doc's.

That dumpster was cleared by cadaver dogs by LE in the beginning. 

Also, the Manager of the Tow Yard, went out to retrieve the trash bag (from the trunk of Casey's car) from his dumpster when he saw it on the news, as soon as the story broke. He went out in his pajama's and flip-flops and climbed right in.  He couldn't find it.  It was a white trash bag with yellow draw-string handles.  He stated that the bags are mainly black, and some with red handles, so he thought it would be easy to find.  He also thought the "flies" would help him find the bag.

When he couldn't find the bag, he called OCSO.  He talked to Yuri Melich, and the "night manager" had let LE in to retrieve the bag.  They already had the trash bag. 

That dumpster is NOT where Caylee was put, and the "Cowboy Hat Dude" needs to get off that topic.

I would guess that police have searched this area- but I dunno- just wanted it out there and what I found out about the area. It seems to be near Oviedo as well- (about 3 miles east) which Casey I believe was familiar with that area. I have no idea why this note was included in the case documents- possibly found in the trash bag that was in her car that was thrown out by the tow yard guy (but from reading the deps- this trash bag was indeed recovered by the OCSO). Anyway- I just wanted to share what I found out about the address. I also traced back the directions and they seem to originate from Colonial drive near the the UCF area. This could be meaningless and Colonial was the first main road that served as a reference point for her.  

Well... just trying to be helpful- I cannot seem to find any peace or rest from this haunting story of lies & deceit and find myself tearing up when I think too much about it. I know how EMOTIONALLY & PHYSICALLY EXHAUSTING it was for me the one day I searched- I CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO IMAGINE what a toll this must take on you and your volunteers every weekend. I am sure that sweet, innocent face is what drives you forward and the frustration I feel from only being able to play armchair detective in the wee hours is driving me crazy! I am sure you are busy- so if I can at least help you with any of the research part of things- getting you jpegs of birds eye view maps- or anything at all- please feel free to ask it of me.

The best way for you to access their RECENT statements, which I referenced, is from this past week at www.cfnews13.com.　

They have the most complete set of doc's, audio, etc.　 The first batch of doc's was not broken down into individual items, but there were initial statements from each of them in there.　 I referenced the one's released this week though.

As far as LE eliminating the dumpster at Amscot for "decomposition" with the cadaver dog/dogs, that was stated in media somewhere very early on. It was before "Cowboy Hat Dude" came to town.　 I have NO idea where to pull a link for that, as going back to all media stations that long ago to pull the video is impossible at this point.　 　

I know I heard they checked the dumpster.　 Furthermore, I also saw a media clip weeks ago that they did check the area in the landfill anyway, since they can tell with the GPS, and by grid where it dumped.　 I have NO idea where to pull this from either.　

Just so you know, I do pay great attention to detail.　 I DID remember Amy and Ricardo's address correctly from the FIRST doc's that came out.　 The house number and street number :)　 Don't know how I remember things so detailed, but I do.　 Also, if I hear something being said, I have been described by those who personally know me as a "human tape-recorder".　 If I am present for any given conversation, I can repeat what everyone said, verbatim.　 I am not kidding on this.

I e-mailed the address to Wyatt as he requested, after I double checked it :)

Of course, I could be wrong about the dumpster being cleared, and the GPS tracking to the grid area in the landfill.　 I don't see how I could be though.　 They were two separate reports on video clips.　 Pretty impossible to find those two statements in all the video clips of all the local networks at this point.　 They were not "specifically titled".　 I do know that much.　 They were in general video clips, both times.　

Also, think about it.　 They got the trash bag from the Tow Yard during the night.　 They were able to secure the tow-report information, which stated where and how the car was parked, from the start.　 In the first doc's, they had statements from the Tow Driver, Tow Manager, "Secretary" at Tow Company, Manager at Amscot, etc.　 They are also in the doc's this past week.　 Obviously they are smart enough to have the cadaver dog check the dumpster.

I could be mistaken, but don't think I am.　 I don't know where to begin to get the video clips.......grrrrrr.....

"missingkids.com" will take you to The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.  I checked the site, and obviously Trenton Duckett is listed.

One thing I don't understand though, is that his picture has not been updated on their website.  The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children are the ones who worked on the age progression photo of Trenton that was released days ago.  I would have thought they would have updated it on their site.

According to media, the websites were under Casey's log-in.  The media has much more doc's than was released to the general public.

10.3.2008: The server was wiped last night, it's 60% restored now...again, if a page is missing a 404 page will replace it.  Should be at 100% by 1 am tonight....have also fixed the popup box on public pages, a protected image was causing it....if it happens again, just click the cancel button in the box.
