My 6 year old son Samuel wanted me to put this here...it's of a city he has been to in his mind.  He does not know where it is, but is able to draw it again and again just from memory...which I find amazing, as I nor his mother have a photographic memory...but it would come in handy when I do my dream drawings.

Will post whatever he wants me to at www.briansprediction.com/samuel

dear Brian
Please tell Samuel that I saw his drawing....He is a Transportation Engineer! It is definitely a city where you drive on the right hand side of the road - so that could exclude a few places. With the current price of petrol - hit 128 US$ / barrel today  (and has gone up from 25 US$ / barrel in only 3 years!!) makes me wonder if that is why there are no cars or busses travelling this elaborate road network :)

I, who trained as an Architect, Environmental Planner, Urban Designer and Landscape Architect totally understand his drawing! He has drawn in plan; elevation, 2 and 3 dimensionally on the same drawing - makes me wonder how he "experienced" the cityscape he has drawn ??

It reminds me of the Dr. Seus : The Zax - see the attached picture.
I hope you have a copy to read, together :))

Kindest regards,
zzz

Hi, and I'm really not sure what he sees when he draws this stuff, but he can draw the same cities/towns over and over from memory...so far I'm unable to figure out where they are suppose to be.  We have not read this book, but I just showed him the picture and we will be going to the library tomorrow.

By the way, I saw your son, Samuel's drawing and thought this child either is a genius or he had to have lived as an engineer in a former life. No way a child of 6 can draw a city like that!!! WOW!!
