Amber Alert Issued For 6-Year-Old Boy

Police have issued an Amber Alert for a 6-year-old boy.

At about 6:40 p.m. on Thursday, Evan Baldenegro was forcefully abducted from his residence, police said.

Evan is a 6-year-old white boy with brown hair and blue eyes, according to police.

The suspected abductor is Ralph Baldenegro, a 56-year-old white man, police said.

Baldenegro is described as 6 feet tall, with brown hair, blue eyes and weighs about 245 pounds.

He was armed with a handgun and is considered violent and dangerous, police said.

Baldenegro was last seen driving a gold Saturn station wagon, with a California license plate No. 4CLZ152.

Anyone with information was asked to contact the Fremont Police Department at 510-790-6722 or 510-790-6916.

CASE # 187:  Evan Baldenegro (11.10.2006)(LOCATED IN 4 HOURS!!)

This RV has been confirmed correct by police and media reports.

 

Translation: I think the child will be found very soon, and will be unharmed.  Evan's mothers knows where he is being taken, but has not told the police...and she had a fight with her the boys father yesterday over this and other issues to include alcohol and drug abuse.  Other details posted above.

Police canceled an Amber Alert early Friday morning after finding a 6-year-old
Fremont boy safe near Redding. 

The suspected abductor was taken into custody
after a 30 minute chase on I-5.

November 10th, 2006:  An amber alert was issued last night for a missing 6 year old boy, 20 minutes after the alert I finished my RV for the case, 4 hours later the boy was found safe.
