Translation: I think that Natasha is safe and currently living with her mother (alias: Debby Wilson) and her boyfriend in an apartment complex in the state of Virginia. Her boyfriend may work as an automotive mechanic.

I am a fellow West Virginian, and have been working on the Natasha "Alex"
Carter case for over four years. I have studied the reading you posted on
November 11, 2006, and see more information on it than you included in the
transcript, but there are some words I need your help deciphering:

On the left side you wrote Near Highway 460. To the right of that is a
drawing of the apartment, with a short word within the box that represents
the apartment building. What is that word?

Also, to the right and below the word apartment complex are what look like
two words. They are the last words you wrote on the page. What are they.
Every word matters.

Natasha's birthday is this Saturday. Maybe you will have another dream about
her around that time. Thank you very much for taking the time to help
people.

Natasha spirit projected, "I want my mummy." Her hair is dark - short like boy and she lived in America and then went England.

I get the name Bill or William for her grandfather.

I believe her to be alive and well although there is some bronchittus and asthma in her lungs.

She does deviant artwork. She is a loner. She is now the eldest of 2 other children.

Try doing a version of her current face with short English bobbed hair and maybe a red sweater and plaid skirt.
