This RV is still open, and your help is requested.

Translation:  I think that Delwin is alive and living in the state of Florida is a small trailer next to a lake.  He may be working at this carwash.  For some reason I drew a telescope.  Also think that he planned on leaving, and left with a friend named Ramon.  He mailed a letter to his family two years ago, although I'm not sure if they knew it was from him.  I think that he knows that people are looking for him, but is angered that his case did not bring the attention as other missing person cases did.  I expect that Delwin will be in contact with his family soon to explain what happened.   I think he did something illegal, and thinks he may face jail time when he returns...he will be wrong, however I do see him getting probation.

If Delwin is reading this, please call your family, they love you and you know it.  Go home, it's not as bad as you think...trust me :)

This is all I could see, a small trailer, a fence with dogs, and a wooden box.  It's also possible that the telescope that I saw in the last RV could actually be a satellite dish.  The number 16 means something, and the trailer is by a big lake.   I know that there is a big lake in the center of Florida...this could be the lake.
