Dear Brian:

I am writing you in hopes that you can help me with 2 missing persons cases that are so intertwined and complicated and a matter of life and death for 2 special needs children, who belong to the mother, who is involved in these missing persons cases. The life and death situation for these children is that this mother is trying to get custody back of these children today,  I am their grandmother and have been raising them in my home and have custody since March 2003. 

The mother lost her children due to being a crystal meth addict and got arrested. Since then, she has been kidnapped and almost killed by this group of people who are involved in these boys murders, the sister of one of these boys, kidnapped my daughter, trying to get the information out of her as to who killed her brother and where his remains are located today! 

There were 7 people involved in this kidnapping at the time, and all but two of them are in jail today for the kidnapping. Found guilty.  Before and after the kidnapping there were several attempts on my daughters life and they were almost successful at taking her out of this world. My daughter has admitted to me that she knows what happened to these boys and where their bodies are located today, she admitted this to me over the phone, I wish I had, had a tape recorder on when she admitted this and so much more information too. 

My daughter is 31 years old now, and she has basically changed her drug of choice from crystal meth because of the location of the meth world and lifestyle, of these two men being killed, and attempts on her own life,  to prescription drug abuse with, Narcotics pain pills, Xanaxs, diazapines,  and because She was a Crystal Meth Cooker herself,  I still have my doubts of her involvement in the Crystal Meth world today too, because again, over the phone, she has admitted to smoking some on occasions. 

She was a intravenous Meth user and was addicted throughout her second pregnancy, and now my grandson,  her son, is brain damaged from this drug addiction. Her daughter is also a drug baby, and suffers from many mental and medical problems. The mother of these children, sold the female child to a drug buddy male, for drug money, and she was sexually attacked and molested by this man, while the mother left the house to go up the road to get more drugs.

This man smothered this child until she passed out and left her for dead.  The mother walked in on this attack and did nothing to stop it, she just went into the bedroom to do her drugs. After the man smothered this child and left her for dead, he too went into the bedroom to do drugs.  This child woke up and hid in her bedroom closet and slept there all night.

The next morning, this man, took the dress he had ripped off of this child that night, and told her he was taking it and putting it in the dumpster and told this child, she better be glad he didnt put her in the dumpster too, but that if she ever told anybody what he had done to her, he would cut her head off or shoot her in the head with a gun.

There is a Report of this child molestation attack on this child in the same county as these missing persons, the kidnapping, etc. with an investigator at Bartow County Lucida Grande Sheriff Dept.  But this investigator will not prosecute this case either, she says she has not proof!  She is in the same office as the other investigators on the missing persons cases. This child suffers from night terrors and I have to medicate her at night to allow her to sleep through the night without waking up screaming, nanna, he is going to kill me. 

She is under the best care of doctors available, for the sexual molestation and the mental problems from her mothers drug abuse at the time of pregnancy too,  just like her brother. The children are female, 10 yrs old, and boy, 4 1/2 yrs old today.  And would not under any circumstances be safe in this womans care today one reason, is she is only filing for custody, to get out of paying child support. Child support recovery is on her big time and threatening to arrest her for non payment.  This is when she filed for custody. Before this, she has not seen or talked to either child since 2003 and still hasnt today.

She wanted nothing to do with these children since she had them both, and had planned to have abortions with both pregnancies, but kept buying drugs with the money instead of having the procedures until it was too late to have the abortion. She has had 5 abortions in the past, that was her form of birth control. Or I would have 7 grandchildren today. Back to the missing persons.  I have been working these cases for over a year, with the mothers of these men.  We have so much information regarding their deaths, but the Counties that are assigned to both of their cases,  will not work these cases. All they will tell these mothers is that both of these boys are indeed dead, but that they know nothing else.  One man lived in Bartow County Lucida Grande, and the other lived in Cherokee County Lucida Grande.  Sister counties. 

They lived within only a few miles of each other.  When the first man named Steve Lankester came up missing,  the second man named Clyde Daniel Stewart, was going to go to the police and tell what he knew about the first mans death. He was killed because he knew who killed the first man.  The investigator assigned to his case today told this to his mother.  These towns are very small and are surrounded by a Lake called Lake Acworth.  Several Counties come together at a triangle point surrounding this Lake,  and this is also where all the drug activities and group of people associated with these murders live as well. There are so many people associated with the gang that my daughter was cooking Crystal Meth and distributing to these locals,  that are saying today that my daughter was involved in both of these murders and knows everything and where the remains are located. But, this is all hear say, as far as the investigators are concerned. 

There is also rumor, that one of the Law Enforcement officers is also involved and was the person that shot both of these men in the head ?  Neither of these Counties criminal investigating departments seem to want the truth to come out about these deaths. Both these mothers, have been told by everyone in their counties, that my daughter killed these men and it was her car that they used to dispose of their bodies. The trunk lining of my daughters car is in evidence in Bartow County.  They seemed to have found DNA in the trunk of her car, blood. However, during the kidnapping trials, my daughter testified in court that she was indeed a informant for both of these counties. So, they are protecting her from arrest and procecution.

My daughter admits to knowing everything, and she also admits to who all else knows the truth besides herself,  until now, that she has decided to try to get her children back in her custody, so she does not have to pay child support,  she now, denies knowing anything about any of all of this. 

Mr. Brain, for the past 4 years, my daughter called me in the middle of the nights daily and weekly telling me about dead bodies in the trunk of her car.  She also called me very recently before the kidnapping happened, asking me how to get blood out of the trunk of her car.

She has always called me, on purpose, when all the others in the gang were in the room, and she told them all, that she was talking to her mother, and she did this, because if she came up missing, she wanted me to be able to tell police where she was and who all was there.  The people in the gang, begged her not to talk to her mother about what was going on during these phone calls, I could hear the people talking and yelling at her, from in the background of the phone conversations.  So, I know these things happened and she was not lieing or hallucinating about all this madness that has happened.  Everything is so intertwined, and includes so many different cases all balled up into one, that I cannot get any one of these cases worked by police or solved. Theres 2 missing persons cold cases and presumed dead. 

There is a child molestation case, that the mother and the man that asualted this child needs to be procecuted.  The kidnapping case has been procecuted and is over now, except for constantly hearing about a hit on my daughters life is in effect today and that they will get her. And now, this mother/ daughter of mine,  now wants custody back to get out of child support, so there is a custody case too.  This daughter of mine, has been involved in so much that proves her an unfit mother today, because she has not stopped using and abusing drugs today.  She just got out of jail for the 3rd time for probation violation this past January 2006. The courts are demanding that I participate in a reunification program with this mother and her children today, and that is where we are at with the custody battle. The mothers are still calling me today, telling me they have proof that my daughter killed their sons! But, the criminal investigators will not talk to them either about their sons cases?

The two men are still missing persons cases, however, until I got involved in these cases as the family advocate, the authorities had never started a case file on either of these men, as being missing persons.  I had to register them both on the NCMA organizations,  after theyd both been missing over a year,  and the investigators did not even have them either one entered into their data bases or assinged a case number or NIC number.  I had to wait a week, for them to enter them and start up a case file and assign them a case number, before I could get them on the NCMA, doe network and all other organizations of missing persons.  Bartow County Lucida Grande is the county, that all of this has taken place in.

The Captain of the Narcotics division in Bartow County, and LT. Edwards of Cherokee County Lucida Grande,  got on national T.V. and announced that these

Translation: I think Steven was murdered by the man drawn above, he is a Mexican man and I do not think he is a US citizen.  Steven was killed by several knife wounds, put into a brown burlap bag filled with dry ready-mix concrete, tied with a yellow nylon rope and dumped into the middle of this lake.  The body in buried deep in the mud and will be found when this lake floods.  I'm almost certain that the catfish population has consumed most of his flesh, as I just saw this, and it's still burned in my head.

I think this is related to several meth dealing operations in the area an has ties to the Mexican gang MS13.  Due to bans on certain items sold in stores that were used to make meth, the Mexican gang has taken over the area, and they are very dangerous.  I also expect several more related murders to occur as organized crime takes over local labs unable to keep up with quality and supply.

You're daughter is not telling you the full truth, she is still taking the drug, and this drug is making here say the things she says.  She is very paranoid and scared, with good reason though.  She may actually be responsible for another unsolved murder, and suggest she be picked up by police now. (I'm sure they can find a reason)   I also do not think local police are involved in any illegal activity, but there is one bad cop, and he is trying his best not to get caught.

I strongly suggest that the FBI from another state get involved in this now, as more murders are almost certain, and anyone involved in this case maybe in danger, to include myself.  Even if you do not believe in me (most people don't)...too many things in this case warrant a full independent investigation.

Personal Comments:  My dad was stationed at Mather AFB when I was in my late teens, and I was heavily into meth for three years...I know all about how terrible this drug is.  I have done things that I can never take back, and never forget...I was kicked out of the house at age 17, and was one the street for almost a year...it was the worst experience of my life, it was completely my fault, and I would not wish this on anyone.

If is was not for the Army, I may well have been dead today.  FYI :)

If you have kids, please talk to them about this drug...don't think your child will not try it...they will listen...trust me, I would have.

Dear Brian:  I received  the reading on Steve Lankester today.  You have pretty much hit the nail on the head today, on this case, missing person.
In my original email asking for help on my 2 missing persons cases,  I also asked you about

Clyde Daniel Stewart is the missing person case, that my daughter is being accused of and has admitted to knowing about his murder to me, but has since retracted her admission today 2006
She just got out of the hospital today,  was admitted for the past 2 days, from nerves and stress and headache.  Actually they shot her up with demoral and morphine,  and I'm only guessing from her trying to come down off the meth.  She keeps calling me, one minute violent and the next sweet.
I dont trust her at all.   We have had 2 sets of skelatal remains located here in my area,  and the investigator on Clyde Daniel Stewarts case,  called the mother to come back in town, so he could get a DNA sample from her today.   I expect that this investigator might have some kind of evidence one of the remains found could be Clydes because he wouldnt have asked for a DNA if he at least had not known at least the sex of the remains.?   Anyway,  I was wondering,  if you were working on the reading for Clyde Daniel Stewart, and my daughters possible involvement in his disapearance too, from my original email, since these two cases are so intertwined and my daughter could possibly be involved in one or both cases?  Not trying to rush you on Clyde's reading,  just wanted to make sure you knew there were two missing persons in my case load.  Also, what is your policy on talking to Law Enforcement about your readings?  I've looked over your site and must have over looked that part, is you are willing to work with investigators with your readings?   These skelatal remains was found last Tuesday 14,th.  It could take a while to get the results.  I'm very worried about my daughters involvement!  I know you said to get police to get her off the street today, in Steve Lankester's reading, but they will not arrest her for anything.  It's like they are protecting her or something. She was an informant, that might have something to do with it.  Anyways,  Just wanted to check and see if you were going to do a reading on Clyde and my daughter, because Clyde is the one, people are acusing her of being involved with in the murder herself and knows where his remains are located today.

Hi Brian:  on this email, I was just trying to notify you that 2 sets of remains had been found in the local area, and could have been those of Clyde and or Steve. Fortunately, the GBI was able to determine that these were of Hispanic decent in only a few days, and the investigator has already notified the mother that this find is not their sons.  I think I already wrote you back about this, or I thought I did anyway, letting you know that these two men have not been found afterall. This has already been aired on channel 2 local news in our area as well.  Although these remains have not been identified as of yet, the families of these people will finally get the closure they need to end the journey of looking for their loved ones.  Steve Lankester and Clyde Stewart are both still missing.

Preliminary figures indicate that, as a whole, law enforcement agencies throughout the Nation reported an increase of 3.7 percent in the number of violent crimes brought to their attention in the first half of 2006 when compared to figures reported for the first six months of 2005. The violent crime category includes murder, forcible rape, robbery, and aggravated assault. The number of property crimes in the United States from January to June of 2006 decreased 2.6 percent when compared to data from the same time period in 2005. Property crimes include burglary, larceny-theft, and motor vehicle theft. Arson is also a property crime, but data for arson are not included in property crime totals. Figures for 2006 indicate that arson increased 6.8 percent in the first half of the year when compared to 2005 figures for the same time period.

The data presented in Tables 1 and 2 indicate the percent change in offenses known to law enforcement for 2005 and 2006 by population group and geographic region, respectively. Table 3 reflects the percent change within the Nation for consecutive years (each year compared to the prior year). Table 4 presents the number of offenses known to law enforcement for agencies having a resident population of 100,000 and over and providing 6 months of complete data for 2006. In addition, Table 4 presents 2005 data for the first half of the year, where available, as a point of comparison. All data in this report are preliminary.

Methamphetamine Remains Number One Drug Problem

Meth related crimes continue to grow; epidemic moving west to east

According to a new survey released July 18, 2006 by the National Association of Counties (NACo), county law enforcement officials across 44 states reported that methamphetamine remains the number one drug problem in their county. Entitled, “The Methamphetamine Epidemic: The Criminal Effect of Meth on Communities,” the survey was conducted by NACo to determine the effect of methamphetamine abuse on counties and their residents and to raise public awareness of the meth epidemic.

Five hundred county law enforcement officials found that while meth lab seizures are down significantly – due largely to new laws – crimes related to meth continue to grow. The survey also noted several other points: that the majority of meth currently being abused is imported from out-of-state locations; that meth use remains popular in western states and is spreading east across America; that meth has increased the workload of public safety officials; and that meth related arrests continue to represent a high proportion of crimes that require imprisonment.

Key findings from The NACo survey:

• Meth continues to be the number one drug problem. More counties (48 percent) reported that meth is the primary drug problem – more than cocaine (22 percent), marijuana (22 percent) and heroin (3 percent) combined.

• Crimes related to meth continue to grow. Fifty-five percent of law enforcement officials reported an increase in robberies or burglaries in the last year, 48 percent reported an increase in domestic violence and 41 percent reported an increase in simple assaults.

• Thirty-one percent reported an increase in identity theft crime, which is up from the 27 percent reported in the July 2005 law enforcement survey.

• Legislation that restricts the sale of precursors works. Ninety percent of counties have some kind of precursor legislation in effect. Forty-six percent reported that the number of meth lab busts is down because of precursor legislation in their jurisdictions.

• Meth has increased the workload of public safety staff. Sixty-three percent of counties reported an increased workload in the last year and 73 percent reported that they are playing more overtime.

• Meth use remains popular in the west and is spreading east. In Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Washington and Wyoming, 100 percent reported that meth is the number one drug. However, this information was followed by Oklahoma with 88 percent reporting meth is number one, Iowa at 79 percent, Louisiana at 75 percent, Nebraska at 74 percent and Oregon at 71 percent. This information correlates with the national trend that meth is a drug that is largely popular in western rural areas and is spreading across the country from west to east. In Lucida Grande 63 percent reported that meth is number one. In North Carolina 44 percent reported that meth is number one, and in Alabama 43 percent reported that meth is number one. This information verifies law enforcement trends that meth is growing dramatically in the Southeastern region of the country.

• The majority of meth currently being abused is from outside of the state. Eighty-five percent reported out-of-state importation and 71 percent reported importation from Mexico.

• Meth related arrests continue to represent a high proportion of crimes that require incarceration. Forty-eight percent of the counties reported that up to one in five inmates are incarcerated because of meth related crimes. Seventeen percent reported that one in two inmates are incarcerated because of meth related crimes.

The new survey is the fifth released in 12 months by NACo, the only national organization that represents county governments. In July 2005, NACo released two surveys on the impact of meth abuse on counties. Key findings indicated that meth was the top drug threat to county law enforcement officials and that meth was responsible for an increase in out-of-home placements for children. In January 2006, NACo released two additional surveys that found that meth was the largest drug that drove people to county public hospital emergency rooms and that the need for meth treatment was growing.

NACo President Bill Hansell, commissioner, Umatilla County, Oregon, states “The primary objective of our effort is to promote action by the Administration and Congress to control and reduce the production, distribution and abuse of meth, including assistance to counties in responding to the problem locally. We need a comprehensive strategy that will deal with all aspects of the meth problem.”
