FBI Says Missing Apex Twins Taken by Biological Mother to Canada

RALEIGH, N.C. — The FBI has joined in the search for 17-month-old twins who authorities think were taken to Canada by their biological mother.
Allison Lee Quets, 49, of Durham, is suspected of taking Tyler Lee and Holly Ann Needham, who had lived in Apex with their adoptive parents, FBI officials said Thursday in a written statement. Apex is a suburb west of Raleigh.
Quets had monthly visitation rights as a part of a custody agreement, but now faces federal charges of international parental kidnapping.
A custody order allowed Quets to take the twins on December 22 and return them December 24 to adoptive parents Denise and Kevin Needham. Quets did not return the children, and an investigation shows she crossed the Canadian border with the twins on December 23, the FBI said.
Authorities are seeking public assistance to locate and safely return the twins to the United States.
Other agencies involved in the search included the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Durham Police Department, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and Child Find Canada

The report above says the twins were taken to Canada, this maybe true, but it's not what I saw in this RV.
I could be wrong, and have been wrong many times in the past, however I suggest interested parties at least look at these sketches.

This is a drawing of the children's mother and boyfriend, I think they took the children. She was wearing a red sweater when she took them. Also says the children will be found safe, they are ok, and want to come home.
I think the children are right now is this trailer in Florida, the windows are covered in tin foil, and strings of multi colored lights are strung around the top of the trailer. Roof has a small blue tarp most likely covering a hole in the roof.
There is a white/silver van parked next to the trailer with a large blue tarp secured by several ropes, also saw a large trash can with wheels, the home is located very close to a Wal-Mart store.
